SpringHill Suites by Marriott Houston Rosenberg

The location was perfect., near a shopping mall where we got all our shopping needs. The breakfast was exceptional. It was more than my expectations. The set up for the dinning area was great.

There was nothing significant to complain about. Everything that mattered was exactly how I would want it to be. The parking lot was full on the Saturday but we are allowed to park anywhere we found a space although it a no parking area.

Comfortable, friendly .and courteous, and have exercise equipment . .

Only that there was a hair in our bathroom and was never taken out when I reported it, and no extra pillow or blanket in closet to put on couch if I wanted to lay or sit there...but everything else was fine ,Thank you. , I could have asked but didn't....

Hotel's location is very good, next to a shopping mall (and another one on the opposite side of the highway), plenty of food points nearby. Also, there is a guest laundry room with washer and dryer ($1.5 each cycle, coins only) - I didn't see any photos of it in the picture gallery of the hotel here on site, but it was extremely comfortable to have it on premises.

Funny enough, but there was just one single little hook (for a towel) in the bathroom and not a single one else in the whole room for hanging clothes, although there would be space to place such hooks prominently (e.g., by the wall of the sitting desk or other wall). I didn't quite get the logics of not having hooks in such a spacious room - it really could pose a problem when more than 1 person is staying.

Rooms where nice and clean. Size of the room was pretty big and comfortable. Breakfast was good, has hot food(eggs, sausage/bacon) plus many more selections. Super close to shopping centers. Nice and quiet neighborhood too. Staff were nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again when I’ll be back in the area.

There where guests that smoked in the area even if it was a non-smoking. But I believed they were reprimanded as it is a strict hotel policy.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and super comfortable

The a/c in the room didn't get as cold as we wanted. It only went down to 66 but it didn't feel that way. Also out of the 5 floors only 2 ice machines worked.

Breakfast was pretty good and an added bonus. Having laundry facilities was also nice and convenient. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful!! There was lots of storage cubbies in our room that came in handy too.

The pool turned green and was closed 3 days into our stay. Really a bummer for me and the kids.

They do a good job in keeping things clean. It does lack a certain warmth when you walk in, but that is just the vibe I got.

For this price point there should be some kind of welcome incentive, gift, cookies, etc. That would have made a great impression.

We were in Rosenberg to attend a wake and funeral. The room was comfy and welcoming as the weather was not. I realized I left my pillow when I returned home. Fontaine did everything to get my favorite pillow returned. I appreciate him for his perseverance and assistance.

Everything was clean, the employees were extremely friendly. The room seemed almost soundproof, we heard no outside noise. Will definitely stay again on our next trip through!

The place was clean. Staff are very accommodating. Fontaine in the main desk was very approachable and polite.

I hope that there are more variations/selection of food for breakfast.
