Location is convenient. A lot of nearby restaurants and they have bridge connection to Lincoln Centre. The bridge goes to different buildings adjascent to it as well. Pet friendly- The winter garden at the Lobby area is convenient to bring your pet to do their business. Cleanliness of the room is good.

The sound of the toilet flush is extremely loud. It would be a good addition to.the fixed shower head to have a handheld shower as well.

The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The property was spacious and tidy. The fitness center is well equipped, clean and spacious. The location was superb! Everything from shopping, entertainment, dining and access to the freeway was very conveniently located in close proximity to the property. There's ample underground parking while we were there over the weekend.

The soft pillows and mattresses in our room were not very comfy. Ice machine on our floor was not working. The staff at the dining hall might have been new and charged us for breakfast even though we'd noted that our stay package included breakfast. However, the hotel staff sorted things out and the issue was effortlessly resolved.

Good facilities, really nice breakfast (read below however), large bedrooms.

THEY CHANGE THE TIPS AMOUNT YOU GIVE AT BREAKFAST, AND EVEN IF YOU COMPLAIN, THEY DONT CHANGE IT BACK. WATCH OUT! Every day I left tips at the breakfast, however when checking-out, the amount for every day was much higher than what I had written on the bill. I contested, and they said they could not change, but would make a note and everything would be fixed and the money returned. They simply created two debits into my card, the hotel one, and the breakfast one, with the higher price. This is a total abuse. Watch out!

The hotel was very clean and connected to a nice restaurant, which for bellevue was relatively affordable. The staff was very friendly, and accommodated a change in my booking without issue.

The wifi signal was moderate at best, but in a hotel this large it is understandable. However, the price is more expensive than the five star version of the hyatt in downtown seattle.

Kept having to get up and get the fan going--cool the room--it would go off and temp went up despite having a lower temp programed in--?? Pretty pricey for one night---too many extra fees but not the hotels fault--- They were having computer problems--took awhile to check in

Dining District was within walking distance of our room. There were so many choices that it was hard to decide. Shops were also within steps of our hotel. Entertainment included a movie theater, a bowling alley, pool tables, arcade, and nightly parade. It's a short walk or drive to nearby parks. We love this place.

The hotel is pet friendly but should be dedicated to certain floors because one night, we awoke to barking.

Location and property cleanliness

The staff was good until my checkout experience where the employee who checked me out simply denied a receive of what I paid because the reservation was done by booking.com from Brazil. BTW, I didn't know that once the company I work for uses a travel agency called COPASTUR.

Loved the location! The room was very nice and clean. The hotel was beautiful inside and reminded me of an upscale hotel in Florida! Loved the lit up trees outside, very romantic! The elevators do not work without a keycard so that made me feel safe. Overall a wonderful stay!

There was no in room kitchenette nor microwave, also the fridge wasn't very cold. No map of the hotel given so I was unaware of amenities on other floors. No balcony but that is ok. Wish the dining options inside would have offered room services and accurate hours (stated 24hrs but actually closed at 2).

The hotel is in an amazing location for activities. I stayed in a deluxe king and it was sufficiently sized for my wife and I. Rooms and the grounds were kept clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Rooms were pretty expensive but made up for it for how well it was located. Having to pay for parking is a bummer when your already paying a lot for a room.

The pillowcases had an interesting smell that made it seem like it wasn’t exactly washed, otherwise the rest was quite clean and the lobby staff were super friendly and welcoming
