Location is excellent, rooms are comfortable and clean, with good facilities, breakfast was nice too. Staff were friendly and super helpful.

We had one minor issue where there was no electricity in our room for the first night, because of weather a few days before, but it was luckily only the first night. The staff at breakfast could be a bit more proactive on taking egg orders as most days we had to ask them.

Great hotel! The location is incredible, close to all the nice restaurants and stores. The neighborhood is also quite safe, so we could walk around at any time. The hotel was quite clean, smelled nice and had good breakfast.

The gym is terrible, might as well close it and tell guests the hotel doesn't have a gym. The coffee isn't great, but the silver lining was that we could explore the AMAZING coffee options in the neighborhood.

Partly dependent on the kitchenette for my allergy friendly diet, so even this one were missing something to use to cook in the microwave. Almost no point to have a microwave without any cookware. Lacking a nice pool/sunbed area.

Breakfast was simple but really good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is really good, lots of great restaurants near it.

Air conditioner was siper noisy. Tv had issues and did not work well. The bathroom soap was empty before end of the shower. Facilities could be more mew.

The Bed was very big but the room was not big enough to allow you to enter from both sides. The renovations were very noisy during the day.

When I returned to the property to book a room, I was unable to, even though rooms were available online… I didn’t understand why … ended up at another Radisson in SP…

The breakfast was very good value. It exceeded expectations. I thought it was a fantastic selection of food and the coffee was amazing.

The noise from other rooms is very bad. I could hear children crying and people making noise through the walls. There is no insulation. My bathroom sink tap wasn't very good. It needs a smoother water flow.

Staff was really kind and attentive. Breakfast was very good. The room was spacious. But the best thing about this hotel is its location: it’s simply on the nicest area of Sao Paulo.

The building is a bit old, but it’s well maintained.

The lunch buffet at the restaurant was amazing every day. Location is perfect and staff extremely kind.

Wifi connection was poor and should be improved.
