We had a fantastic stay at Super 8. The staff was welcoming, and check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and well-equipped with modern amenities. The hotel's in a calm area with many facilities around, including supermarkets and restaurants. It is also near public transportation stops, which made exploring the city easy. I highly recommend Super8 for a great stay.

The room had no fridge, which was an inconvenient for us. The hotel location was a bit far from the Innenstad, so we had to rely on the public transportation to commute. For a short trip, it is not a problem, but might become an inconvenience for longer stays.

very clean, modern, affordable hotel. the rooms are small and similar to cabins in ships. no cupboards in the room but a table to sit on and some well designed shelving on the walls. the staff was very helpful, the breakfast was very good. the location was in a newly built area of Freiburg (Gueterbahnhof) but reached the tram to the center (4 min walking distance, drive about 5-10 min to centre). There is an underground parking lot in the same building but if this is full you should be able to park outside on the road.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, for a single person enough space in the room. Breakfast was very good and did not have any problem with internet connection. Location is not bad, it is around 25-30mins to center by walk but to Hbf it is further. You have tram in 9 min walking distance which goes directly city center, hbf and messe. If you are not friend with walking be ready to pay for tram.

I would prefer to have kettle or minibar in my room. As I was hiking all day in cold weather, i needed to fill my thermos with tea. As well as minibar where i can store some fruits and etc would be great, so i did not have to go to supermarket every day.

Room was lovely, comfortable and suitable for my needs. Breakfast had a good range of options. Location was ideal for what I needed as it was close to where I was working.

Despite the room being lovely and comfortable and in general clean. I did see a number of silverfish running around the room. The location was ideal for my needs but for doing some sight seeing it was a bit out of the centre.

A great value for money, an international breakfast with good variety e good products , it’s almost all cooked at the moment in the kitchen! It’s very clean

In my opinion you have to indicate the price for dog in the web site or pay at the end of the stay according to the condition of the room. I don’t know the written “ could be requested a payment “ that is different from “ you have to pay “ . my advice is to indicate the price in a welcome message after the booking in order to avoid surprise!

In general, I was very satisfied, I didn't have any problem or unpleasant experience, everything was clean, nice, the staff was helpful and nice (especially the breakfast guy, the older one :-) ). The only thing that was a little unpleasant surprise was the absence of a wardrobe, but there was enough space to put clothes. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I would have liked a wardrobe, but there would be no room for it in the rooms anyway and it was not a big deal, it certainly did not affect the quality of my stay.

The close proximity to the tram makes the hotel attractive for short-time stays, as well as business trips. Even though being not in the city center, it will only take 10 minutes to go there. The surrounding area offers some other hotels in a recently renovated borough, as well as a supermarket.

WiFi connection was at some point not very fast, wich led to being kicked out of the network. Despite this experience, there was nothing to complain about.

I liked everything about this hotel. It is located in a nice and quiet residential area, I could sleep with open windows during the night without hearing the noise of cars or people shouting in the streets. Everything in the room, in the bathroom looks like new, the bed was comfortable. Inside the hotel there is a bar, outside very close to the hotel is a nice bakery, in the area I saw another 2 restaurants plus Edeka supermarket.

Nice, new and clean hotel with a good under ground car park. Stylish rooms/bathrooms. The breakfast was really good. Again, very nicely decorated and organised breakfast room and lots to choose. Free ice cream for the kids when we arrived was a bonus too. And a play area!

Rooms were a bit on the small side if I’m being picky and no balconies. No USB sockets. €15 a night for car park. No tea or coffee facilities in room.

I wanted to get on an upper floor room I wrote weeks ago with my wish , when arriving my room was on the GF, the receptionist was so kind and move me to room 422, unfortunately I suppose somebody entered and used the room two towels on 4 were used , even one toiletpaper roll was empty ..I was so tired that I didnt tell the reception No free park space around 15 euros for the parking, a little bit high to my point of view
