The room was beautifully decorated, pristinely clean and had all the amenities for a lovely stay. I do not know if it was because occupancy was low, but we did not hear a single sound! Windows were soundproofed so that may have played a role as well :) The staff was super helpful and polite. We were given a goodies bag on arrival which was a really nice gesture.

If I am going to get picky, I need to give other guests the heads up: the bathroom had a glass wall connecting to the main room, which means that anyone in the main room could see (whilst a bit distorted) people using the facilities (i.e. toilet, shower). This made the whole using the bathroom a bit awkward!

Perfect location in a quiet spot but only 10 minutes walking from the old town. The room was clean and spacious for the 4 of us.

The pillows were small and not really comfortable. We chose this hotel because it has a parking, bit only after booking we discovered it has to be payed extra. Not a big issue, we only stayed the one night, but it would have been nice to know in advance.

Very clean and quiet hotel! Our room was in the annex, across the street from the main hotel. We were on the 3rd floor, but no problem since there was an elevator. The room was well lit with lots of plugs for charging phones, etc. The bathroom was large for European standards with heated floors and a large bathtub! The main entrance was opened by our room key, so we felt secure. There was a parking garage located on the main hotel side of the street. Quick easy walk into city center to visit the Christmas markets.

Breakfast was a bit expensive at €16 ea, so we found a bakery nearby.

Great breakfast! Very nice bar keeper at the bar in the afternoon / evening who welcomed us and our dog in a very friendly way. Perfect location, right next to the park and the city center.

Check-in is rather complicated. The online link didn't work and at the reception they first asked a different price than confirmed via booking. Another staff found a solution and after some waiting, all was fine. The breakfast staff is quite "cold" and we didn't feel welcome with the dog.

The room was comfortable and very clean, the design modern and pleasant. The common area was very clean too. The staircase was easily accessible (we choose to avoid using an elevator as much as possible).

The front desk person at check in was not overly friendly, maybe because we were not taking our breakfasts there. The hotel is in 2 buildings, and we were in the other building, where we did not see any staff. We did not have much control on the room temperature, so had to open the window at night, and people were a bit loud in the street, but nothing to complain about.

Great location, on the edge of the Altstadt. Breakfast was excellent. The room provided everything you need. Comfortable bed, air conditioning (needed the week I stayed), and a bathroom with space for washbag, etc. The shower was very powerful. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was good, comfortable and clean rooms . Personnel was very nice, they gave us recommendations to eat typical German food. You can find supermarkets, the center and restaurants in walking distance

Reception was a bit confusing, the boutique is on the other side of the street and it’s quite busy an noisy on the front desk, I couldn’t really hear the lady. The parking is a bit expensive.

We liked everything it was a really nice clean hotel, breakfast was really good, the staff were very efficient, especially in the bar the barman was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast area staff and reception were also really good. The shower was great too. The location was perfect too.

Superior room felt a good size, nice windows, comfy bed.

I asked for early check in. Received message from reception to say room was ready. On arrival, was told room WASN'T ready. Was asked to wait in the bar. After some time was told room was ready and given key. Went to room and cleaner still cleaning, told room not ready. They need to get their systems joined up

Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Clean room, very comfortable bed, large well equipped bathroom, fabulous location for the beautiful old town.this hotel is great and we would recommend it to anyone. make sure you book the boutique hotel which is a new modern block opposite the original hotel as it has air conditioning. if you want secure parking you need to reserve a space and it is extra cost but worth it.
