Location in Bordeaux was easy to find and with safe onsite parking made the stay much easier. The staff helped with our awful Spanish and put us out of our misery very kindly. One of the most important things about a hotel is the bed, we found the beds to be very comfortable and well maintained. The continental breakfast was varied and prepared to an excellent standard. All in all keep on doing what you are doing. Thank you.

Nothing wrong.

We were a bit worried when we made the booking because there were no photos on the page. However, the room is better than our expectations. The room is sparkling clean and very comfortable with AC. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. They have private parking lot. We also love the soap and shampoo they provided. The scent is pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They just did everything right. Highly recommended.

The water boiler is actually not very clean inside but it's not a big deal. Also the desk in the room is a bit small but there are many big and tall table in the restaurant can be used so also not a big deal.

Nice hotel, very helpful staff, comfortable parking, comfortable bed. The rooms are not big, but we traveled every day and came to the room only for sleeping. We stayed 3 nights in April 2023.

No big disadvantages were noticed.

The employees are exceptionally kind and accommodating, the environment is pristine and peaceful, and while the location is somewhat distant from the city center, transportation is easy thanks to the close proximity of the tram A station near the establishment.

We had to use this as emergency to get our family over the night when we suddenly were left without an option. We arrived close to midnight and were treated exceptionally well by the staff on duty. The hotel was very clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast was also nice. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Excellent helpful friendly staff. Room had been updated since our last stay, and was very pleasant. The breakfast was good offering a good choice, especially cold meats and cheese. The large car park has always been a bonus as is the tram stop about 200mtrs from the hotel, this is important as we did not want to drive in the centre of Bordeaux. We have stayed there on a number of occasions, and will continue to do so.

Room was nice and clean and modern. Shower was nice and spacious bathroom. Really convenient to get the tram into the centre of Bordeaux, tramp stop just 5mins walk away. Very secure parking.

Apart from being good location for the tram, the area was quite industrial and not much around the hotel. We got free water on arrival and asked for it on second night but were charged this time. There was not much storage space for clothing etc, so better suited to stopovers than long stays.

Comfortable bed with white linen and a very very clean bathroom. We did not have breakfast due to the fact that we had to leave very early for the airport. We ordered dinner that was served in our bedroom but was absolutely delicious!!!

We thought we could have dinner in the restaurant but apparently, it was closed but room service was available as an alternative.

This is a good value for a overnight stay in proximity to the airport. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We arrived earlier than expected and they accommodated for such which we appreciated.

This is located in somewhat of an industrial park, finding places to eat in proximity was a bit of a challenge, as we had returned our rented car.

Nice room, tea facilities, nice bathroom, all clean. Good breakfast, located near tram going with direct connection to Bordeaux center. Plenty of supermarkets in the vicinity and a good connection to highways.
