Very good for the price! We were exhausted, travelling from Portugal by car and we had a very good night sleep. I can recommend.

where do I start we traveled 2600 miles in 2 weeks , this was the worst place we stayed in . room was not clean very dated outside area dirty with rubbish everywhere. no facilities at all. shower not good toilet dirty.

Staff: The staff were speed in responding to my query. Communication: I got answer within 12 hours after sending my query. I believe if the hotel is still active because of it dedicated staff so I hope the manager will give them a good bonus(At the end of the year)!

I have been given a ground floor room. Unfortunately, at 2am I had to email and requested another room as 1/ there were noises not stopped! "mainly I barely slept on my first night" 2/ the room wasn't cleaned with dead stuff... 3/ issue with the socket In my second room, cleaning was slightly better but the shower didn't have a hook...the bathroom and the main door couldn't be closed; I had to make a big bang to close it and again it never worked all at once... space is very tight... the blanket had cigarette burnt... the list will be long... In this matter my complaint is for the hotel manager and booking.com. To the manager/ the director of the hotel: It is obvious that the hotel is in desperately in need of 100% renovation. I am amazed that the French law allow you to be opened as in term of security, health and safety the environment isn't safe at all nor acceptable... To The booking.com: It is not the first time that I wrote on my feedback where the hotel isn't exactly of what it says on the website and that you need to review it physically and not just be happy with the pics that the owners do send to you. In responding to my email sent on the 24th August about the status of my room you stated about compensation and this is "inacceptable" I agree with you, however, I believe that you "booking.com" too should give me a reduction as I booked via your site, I trusted your product. As you mentioned, I am valuable customer and I am now in my Level 3... I do not want you to give me a reduction on my previous booking but a direct percentage / gesture compensation as it is obvious that the information you share on the site was not 100% incorrect. As a representative of the hotel, it is your main responsibility to make sure that the details about the room is at least 90% accurate; unfortunately in this case the situation wasn't even 50% acceptable. I am looking forward to that compensation.
