Beautiful location and view, it’s really this huge castle overlooking the river. Free boats connect hotel to the Theme park and the boat ride is very nice. There is a combini inside the hotel, and a bakery - you really can save a lot of money on that alone.

Not bad things, but what you should know if you are staying there - you’ll need to buy entrance tickets to the theme park separately, it’s possible to do this in lobby but without some discounts available at the park. Hotel dinners are pricey, and there is no other place to eat outside (without entering park). You can’t use IC card at this particular train station, you need to buy a ticket.

First of all, I like that the hotel offered a really nice price compared to other hotels in Huis Ten Bosch. It not only looks great but it is also very convenient and comfortable. My friends and I enjoyed the onsen and sauna. The room was spacious and classy. It also had a nice view of HTB I would definitely want to book again. :) Also, I left my smartphone in the room and didn't realize until a few days later. It was an extra phone issued by the company, not my own phone. When I emailed the hotel, they immediately sent me the phone and I didn't even have to pay for the delivery fee. I was so impressed with their after sales.

I can't think of any. I was so delighted with my stay.

My family and I stayed at Okura for two nights while we visit huis twin Bosch park. The location of the hotel is brilliant as it is next to train station, and also right next to the park. There are a retail park next to hotel for casual dining, and there is a convenient store inside the girl too The onsen is a key highlight! So big and wonderfully managed. Though it gets busy, everyone get personal space for a quiet bath. Dining option in the hotel is nice too. We had a dinner buffet for a night. Food options is fair yet delicious.

If there is a gym facility or kids playroom, it would be even better.

Staff was lovely, especially the receptionist who checked me in (I wish I knew his name). Everyone was very efficient and never made me wait. I love the view from the room. Simply stunning. Also very convenient with the shops and the entrance to Huis Ten Bosch. I had a blast at the park and the hotel. Also the hotel has a private boat that takes to to the park!

The power charge next to the bed is useless. I was not able to plug my converter coz the light switch is literally on top of it making it ipossible to plug anything. Very stupid and not well thought design. The hotel needs some minor renovations to keep up with the modern world. Even 3 star hotels have C type and USB ports installed.

So many things, the location which was close to station yet also to entrance of Huis Ten Bosch. In fact, they had their own jetty with ferry just for us staying, to bring us to the park. Plus they welcomed us warmly from the beginning, even allowed us to check in earlier (as we booked the cheaper option of checking in 5pm) on top of upgrades to the park view (originally was station view which was also cheaper). They also had their own onsen and convenience store and bakery, so plenty of amenities and facilities, so worth more than what we paid for! Of more importantly, the grand facade and European style architecture!

The location is the closest to the JR station and it is also not far from the entrance of Huis Ten Bosch. The building is not new, but the interior is perfectly arranged. We enjoyed our stay there. The hot spring is great. That is always a big plus.

Although the facility of the hot spring is great, you will see a huge crowd when you go there in the evening. That's no surprise because all of us were there for Huis Ten Bosch. Most of the people went to the hot spring between 22-24, that's after Huis Ten Bosch closed at 22:00 and before the hot springs closed for the day at 24:00. If they can extend the hour to 25:00, that could be a little bit better. The morning session is much more enjoyable for customers who will check out at 11:00. We don't plan to go to Huis Ten Bosch on that day, so we can have the hot spring all for ourselves. It is pricey, but that's what you can expect from its location.

Super spacious and luxurious. The view from our window was breathtaking. The mountains surrounding the park look amazing. Great location, close to the park with many restaurants outside the hotel. There’s even a convenience store inside the hotel. Love that the hotel is a replica of Amsterdam Centraal. Makes for great photos. Staff was very polite and provided great hospitality. Overall extremely satisfied.

There’s no laundry machine and the laundry service was a bit too pricey for us, but we found a coin laundry about 15 mins away

Just simply an amazing hotel in a fantastic location! As is so true for most Japanese hotels, the staff went way above and beyond always very friendly, always wanting to help a bell boy was always there to help with your luggage. we did not eat at the hotel. We chose to eat out in town but it appears they had a very good restaurant.. there is a family Mart on the first floor inside the hotel that is extremely well stocked!

Loved it all.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Immediately when enter they took my luggage to my room. They sell tickets to huis ten Bosch. It was super convenient to buy the tickets from them, there was no line for me when buying and also when entering the park it was so easy. They are located super close to the station and also the entrance of the parking which makes the location super convenient.

Their bathroom looks a bit old but it’s clean. There’s so many benefits to this place that it really doesn’t matter

The view from the room is beautiful. The extra cost was worth it. It really looks like you're in a European country. The room is huge for accommodation in Japan. The location is also convenient since it is the first hotel from the station and a very short walk going to and from the park. For breakfast, there's a huge variety of options in the hotel buffet. The onsen use is also free up to the morning of our stay and they also provided an attire in the room to be worn going there.

The English of the staff is very limited even inside the park so it's a bit of a struggle if you completely don't know any Japanese.
