cleanliness and helpful staff & good service. swimming pool was clean and blue~ nice view of the river and next to shopping mall. The room service’s menu and food were so delicious!! great job to the cooks. receptionist attended to my internet connection issue and needs accordingly. thank you!

when guest has put on ‘do not disturb’ sign, pls respect our request not to enter the room just to make up the room. Luckily, nothing gone missing as I left my luggage unlocked. I didn’t expect anyone to come in when that signage has been put on. Breakfast choice is not much but each of the dishes were good. coffee machine doesn’t work well. room 2008’s bathroom door can’t close at all; kindly fix it.

The hotel is old everywhere you look. Furniture, details, room, exterior.. Everything looks old and asking for renovation. But i felt that charming in a way. like a jump to the past, to 90s. Nice old movie feeling, cozy and relaxing. Good bathroom. Not so much guests, hotel felt more like empty. Food was delivered fast, food was good, prices also not so expensive.

Wi-Fi is bad. Connection is poor and every time you reconnect you have to log in again. Which is just typing "montien" as login as password every time. The security that is not needed, or you could make a system that remembers devices. Connection speed was also bad for 2023. Personal speaks English just like any other Thai person in the city. Which is basically just some phrases.

Large hotel and big room well catered for with shower products , gowns and slippers. It has a free shuttle bus to the local BTS and other areas, and now with the new Terminal 21 next door has meal and shopping options on the doorstep. Helpful staff and decent breakfast and good wifi and vies of the river.

Position is a little away from BTS and some taxi drivers struggled to locate it but good ones knew and were fine.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The food was very tasty and not so expensive. The hotel facilities and location were also very good. Room rent was also quite reasonable.

The hotel is quite old and needs a renovation. They should replace decades old furniture and fittings with new ones suitable for such a hotel.

While we had a truly memorable stay, we would like to offer some constructive feedback for improvement. Firstly, as per our booking, we were entitled to receive welcome drinks, fruits, and flowers in our room. Unfortunately, the reception overlooked this and failed to provide them on our arrival day. Consequently, we took it upon ourselves to place an apple, a banana, and some flowers in a vase in our room, but it didn't quite match the warm welcome we had expected. Furthermore, the windows in our room, numbered 2008, were noticeably dirty, which compromised our ability to fully appreciate the breathtaking view. Clear windows are essential to fully enjoy the stunning views.

A very good, clean hotel with polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent with both european and asiatic tastes which changed every day so it was not boring. There are three very good restaurants in the premises. Very big swimming pool, spa facilities and spacious rooms with all the amenities. Next to it there is a seven eleven which is very convenient. Furthermore, there is a shopping mall nearby. Staying once more in MONTIEN RIVERSIDE HOTEL BANGKOK we enjoyed all what a 5 star hotel can give but most important we had the support of the stuff. During our stay we had some unfortunate complications with our transportation to the east of the country which could endanger the purpose of our trip and should cost a quite a lot of money. As soon as Mr. SORAT NGAMSOMKHUN, the executive assistance manager, learned about problem, he immediately responded and solved the situation in the most satisfying way showing high professionalism and devotion to customer assistance. My husband and I thank him dearly for everything.

I come to work out at 7 am However, fitness door open after 8am, asked for sauna to turn on at 10am but no staff until 11 am, booked for thai massage at 11 am as per opening time. staff told me as no staff attend to work on the day. a bit disappointed.

The hotel was fine even though it was not very modern. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. In the minibar there were 5 free products daily. A mulitple usb hub were at the room. Shower and bathtub vith higt waterpressure and hot water. Fantastic view over river and Bangkok skyline. Pool area and pool was very nice on the 6th floor. As a small Christmas present, the hotel manager was very generous and offered us a late check-out. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the large and fresh Terminal 21 shopping centre.

No vegeterian food at the hotell.

A very good, clean hotel with helpful and polite staff. Very good breakfast with variety (both European and Asiatic menu) which changed every day, three very good restaurants in the premises, spacious rooms and swimming pool. Next to the hotel there is a seven-eleven shop and a big shopping mall (Terminal 21) which has also many restaurants to chose from.

Good but somewhat remote location. Great big garden to the river! Regrettably this area is not open for service daytime. Why? Great views over the river.

Shower in bathroom not modern. Difficult especially for ladies. Outdoor walls need painting! Service in busy pool area almost zero. Why not have offering of snacks from surprisingly good kitchen?
