Everything was great from the beginning. Mr. Yusuf at the reception was amazing. I'm sure all the staff are great too but he was the one handling my check in. We arrived at 9am and he arranged an early check in for us which was perfect because we had a long night of traveling. He was very professional and explained that early check in is not guaranteed but he will arrange it if the room is available and thankfully it was! We took a room with sea view and the view was amazing! I used to live in Istanbul a few years back and my place was next to the hotel so I know the area very well and it was very emotional to be back there! A lot of green spaces around the hotel and it's very calming and relaxing. There's also a tram station nearby and a bus station which connects you to the rest of Istanbul but public transportation can get very crowded so the hotel has free shuttles to Taksim and Eminonu and they can order a taxi for you if needed. The food and breakfast was great. The room was spacious and very quite. The bathroom had all amenities for sure, but really the best part is the staff, they're always available with a big smile on their faces, for me this is very important and they were all excellent in that regard. Ms. Zeynep, the guests manager, is always in close reach and she welcomes you with a message and asks to meet you in person if you have time. Really a great staff and hopefully they always keep up the good service. Overall, a great stay and would totally recommend the hotel. Just be careful with location if it's your first time in Istanbul, you're not going to be in walking distance to the major attractions, but in my opinion, the golden horn has so many beautiful attractions and history that isn't as famous as Hagia Sophia for example, but it's just as impressive. Do a little bit of research before you come and I assure you, you will love the area!

Hotel facilites and staff were brilliant. Very helpful overall. View from the room was great and cleanliness was maintained throughout.

The location was a bit misleading in the description. We were under the impression that we would be close to the Golden Horn and to other bustling areas. Instead we were about a 20 min taxi away from anything. Even the closest coffee shop was about a 25 min walk.

Location is far from main sightseens (excpet Eyup park and golden horn) and malls, so taxis did not agree to take you there between 5 pm-8 pm. Uber is not working properly. So we had to use public transportation to get somewhere close and got taxi. If yoh dont speak Turkish- you are done.

The balcony view is excellent.

There is no much of places to walk around the hotel, we had to use the car all the time.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Istanbul among over 10 others. The service was just exceptional: a compliment with Turkish sweets was left for me in the room with handwritten postcard and phone number of my personal manager who could solve any issue. Room with panoramic view was really great and comfortable. Quite various and very tasty breakfast. Free bike rent. And the main thing which impressed me is smartphone app with help of which you can do whatever you want: make an order from the restaurant, call for the housekeeping, book spa, etc. Thank you very much!

The only thing I missed is swimming pool.
