Great breakfast selection Friendly, helpful staff Nice neighborhood with lots of dining options within 15 minutes walk. You also reach the metro station in 15 minutes. There is a taxi station across the street. Luxurious hotel, and overall affordable for this level of luxury.

The wifi was payable, although the charge was not much and there was a slower free version available. It doesn't add much to the bill, but the psychological effect is unpleasant. I of course understand everything has a cost including internet, but it is now standard to include it in the room price, not just in 5 star hotels but much more basic ones too. More significantly, we were surprised to find they charge money to use the outdoor pool. The charge was not insignificant and we didn't go there again as a result. This was disappointing because the pool was actually one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for a week, it was an amazing stay and we couldn’t thank the staff enough for making our experience memorable by being hardworking, kind and respectful. The food was amazing as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general, the cleaning staff would clean our room and not touch any of our belongings which made us feel safe during our stay and I thank them so much for their hard work. Talking about safety, the entire hotel was safe as they would check the bags and everything before entering the hotel. And finally the staff have a great sense of humor which made our stay even more better, especially Abdulkadir and Kadir Yayla with whom I had the pleasure to have conversations the most, they filled our stay with joy and satisfaction because of their kindness, politeness, and hospitality. The staff was friendly. The concierge was very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. The price was reasonable for the accommodation. 2 ATMs in the hotel. Nearby good restaurants and grocery within walking distance. The spa was nice. I also like the executive lounge in the 34th floor with a beautiful scene.

The hotel was crowded and the check in amd check out process at the reception wasn't organized because of the crowd. The outdoor pool is chargeable for adults. The food variety for breakfast wasn't impressive.

I booked an executive suite which allowed us to have breakfast on the 34th floor in the executive lounge and offered breakfast and complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the day. The room was very spacious and clean, a master bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed, and with two bathrooms. The Spa was excellent. There is an indoor swimming pool but did not have the chance to use it. Lastly, I can't say enough about the high level of hospitality and friendliness of the staff. They were the best.

The in-room dining menu was good but limited. The wi-fi speed could be better.

The view from the room is spectacular (especially the Seaview room). The lounge is also great, with panoramic view over the city.

The location is not quite great. You have to take a taxi for almost everything and at rush hour the journey from Old Town area to the hotel, for example, may take 1 hour. It took almost 2 days and numerous discussion with the reception to change the room type.

Perfect location in the heart of Bomonti: 2 stars Michelin restaurant in 200 m, Bomontiada in 1 min and Nisantasi with shopping in 10 min. Just breathtaking views from executive rooms and lounge. And special thanks to Güneyt who was so helpful and kind

one of the best experiences we have had as a couple. it was our honeymoon and we loved it! From the moment you enter the hotel. You will be treated like royalty, the staff at reception especially SERKAN, OCKUN and KADRI helped us checkout a little late because our flight was in the evening. loved how receptive these guys are. our housekeeper went extra miles to make up a beautiful bed for us. don’t remember his name but he was exceptional at his work the doorman ( kadir yayla) was very helpful to guide us every time we needed a taxi, this hotel made us stay in Istanbul great

nothing, it was just beautiful

We stayed at the hotel for 6 days and we liked everything from the moment we arrived. The security measures they undertake in order for anyone to enter the hotel (we felt really safe because of this), quick and pleasant check-in, amazing breakfast, very comfortable beds. The view from the 20th floor (where are rooms were) is amazing but the view from the bar on the 34th floor is absolutely breathtaking. We did not have time to use the pool but we went to hammam and it was really great experience, the whole treatment was sooo relaxing and it was really convenient since we did not have to leave the hotel in order to have this amazing experience. Also it was great that we could book hammam for us only (my sister, my daughter and me), so we had privacy which was not the case with some other well known spas and hammams. The hotel staff were very helpful in providing information, organising taxi etc. Since our experience here was so beautiful, I can only highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely come again

The staff is super friendly and helpful I checked in 8 in the morning and as per them you are a booking client we have a special treatment and immediately they let me in.. The room was well equipped spacious and comfortable.. the room service is extraordinary I felt am VIP whatever I asked for within seconds is done; although the hotel is busy. The facilities was luxurious All you need is in the hotel The room dine in very delicious Breakfast was super delicious various options.. The area surrounding the hotel has some coffee shop a supermarket beauty shop I want to extend my gratitude to the whole staff of Hilton Bomonti for making my stay such a wonderful luxurious experience 💕
