the staff was super friendly and helpful! The hotel's cat are treated well and seem to enjoy the hotel as well! we enjoyed the stay at Bomonti.

area was kinda boring for us, but reachable by taxi from Galata Bridge in about 15min. So that was a plus. Those who need a large variety for breakfast could be disappointed but I was happy with what was provided. Only the roomservice, obviously from an external provider. so delivery service, was extremely overpriced.

All of the staff is well trained and behaved, room are really nice and clean they have a really nice lobby and a restaurant.

Nearest metro stations are at least 20minutes walk. and there isn’t any taxi stand nearby but still staff help you with the taxi.

The location was great and the family room is as advertised. It is worthy to note however, the staff member Ece was outstanding Extremely accommodating and supportive, very kind with the children and above and beyond hospitable. She has by far changed the experience from average to exceptional. Thank you Ece for an amazing time!

Overall Hotel staff is very welcoming and I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received from the receptionist "Ela". She can speak good English and is very welcoming. she also listens and takes an action on any compliant or problem you tell her. In general the best about this hotel is the amazing staff members they have, I have never seen in Turkey such a team that are welcoming and treat foreigners well. and of course I will come back to here again and again.

The overall hotel experience was good. What really stood out was the staff at this hotel. Cemil and Özgur in particular were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. I`d like to thank them for making my stay a very pleasant experience.

We were attending the AIPPI conference in Hilton and stayed at Urban Hotel Bomonti for 4 nights. Receptionists at frontdesk are great, because they understand our needs and solved our problems. Thank you very much guys! We areally appreciate it that you reserved taxi for us and asked our money back from the overcharged driver :) Turkish people are great! All the best my friends！

first of all the Hotel is located very well near every center of istanbul just 10-15 min away.It was very clean rooms and the staff was very friendly and helpful,they helped us with everything Ece Hanim,Gorkem bey Ayhan Bey and Volkan bey they helped us with everything.Other part of the staff was bery friendly too.Room was clean and quiet,breakfast was very delicious.I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel if they want to have a grate time.10 stars hotel

The location of the hotel makes it easy to access all the central parts of the city. The quality and the condition of the rooms is pretty good as the price is average. The hotel was built with quality materials and the conditions of the rooms looked after. It is nice to see a hotel in the average price with nice decor and modern clean bathrooms

The staff were my favourite thing. So lovely, really incredibly lovely people, all of them

I don't really mind because I was only there for a couple of days, but I guess it's not exactly a great walking area. But it's really close to the city centre so it doesn't matter.
