I've been in Japan for over a month the staff was by far the friendliest of any of the places I've stayed. Everything was clean and organized. It was only a two minute walk to the station which was a plus.

Nice Hotel with friendly and supportive staff. Plenty of stuff provided for free (Tee, Coffee, Pyjamas, toothbrush etc) or for purchase on trust we're you pay by yourself (Food, Drinks, Snacks). Public are with kitchen is available as well as a rooftop terrace with nice view on fuji-san! Rooms were spacious and clean with all you need, as well as view on Mount Fuji (not in all rooms I suppose). Location was ok for us as we arrived by car, so we cannot tell more related to public Transport as we reached everything quickly by car. Parking lots are either directly in front or a few meters away of the Hotel. For us it was a decent stay.

Beds were not entirely comfortable (personal opinion) and it was quite cold next to the bed alongside the wall as insulation of walls and especially windows were not good.

Conveniently located, near to the train station. There are a few parking spaces right outside the hotel. There is another parking lot near to the hotel although I never went there. The room was big and super comfortable. It was clean and had all the amenities that you would need. Bathroom and toilet are separated so it makes it easier when you are travelling as a family. There is also a ledge at the top of the bed where you can charge your phone. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There is a balcony on the top floor where you can see Mt. Fuji!

We got there by car so the parking spot was very important and it was just 2 minutes from the hotel. In the lobby we could get some snacks, soft drinks and so on for a small fee. A nice cafe was just walking distance away. The staff was very friendly and we got some good recommendations for our stay in Japan. The roof-top was a nice place to have a coffee and enjoy the breeze.

The room was ok, but you won't feel spoiled, most of our locations of interest weren't nearby and we traveled by car, so not sure if the location would be good for you if you use public transportation.

Location was great, less than a 3 minute walk from Mt Fuji station, and with a good view of Mt fuji itself. From the rooftop balcony (open 24hrs) you have a view of Mt Fuji, the train station and a nice view of the city. The space and comfort was great, from shower, to restroom and to the bed. The amenities and small shop within is also great, a lobby/cafeteria area you can use with free coffee and each floor has its own laundry if needed. It seemed to have some onsite parking, we didn't use it but some spots are available. Staff was very helpful and it was an ease to use the luggage storage with the staff. I would definitely book this location again, specially for a longer stay.

Room size is bigger than expected. Close to station but buses are not frequent as expected. There is a share kitchen for guests to cook. The only thing is you need to walk far get the ingredients or get expensive ingredients from QTA in station.

Cannot see Fuji mountain as pics. It is far far away and you can only see a bit of mountain in a sunny day. Need to walk at least 10mins for a convenient stores. The QTA in station is expensive for everything. Not many choices of restaurants and cafes as in Lake Kawaguchiko station. If you drive, it is OK.

The location is perfect, really near the Mt.Fuji station. The staff is very nice, and their english is something i was not expecting in Japan, it makes it easy to ask questions about restaurants and places and actually have a little conversation. Cool atmosphere, they make you feel like home, or at least part of the community during your stay. And i have to refer the amazing rooftop and view for the Fuji!

Actually there's nothing i can say that it was negative about this place. But they can do an upgrade to the rooftop and place some warm jacuzzi? That would be perfect to add to the mount Fuji view!

the view from the hotel is just AMAZING! from the rooftop and even from the room! mount fuji is just right in front of you when you wake up, and seeing it at night is just so surreal. besides the view, hotel staffs were really friendly and helpful too. gave us a quick guide about where to eat around fuji. and the comfort of the bed was great as well! passed out right after a long day out.

honestly there wasn't much that we didn't like about the hotel. maybe one thing if we were to nitpick is that it'd be nicer if the toilet and bathroom were together rather than separated.

This place is amazing! Honestly the best hotel I've experienced in Japan. Rooms are HUGE compared to most hotels in the country. Everything is bright and beautiful and the staff are so friendly and casual. The hotel is ran more like a family business rather than a chain, and the charm really shines through. Location is perfect right next to the station making it easy to get to Mt. Fuji and the Fuji-Q theme park. Can't say enough good things about Megu Fuji, it's perfect and I can't wait to visit again on my next trip.

Everything is clean and working well. There are various instructions and guides around the room and hallway. Because of this, you don't need to ask any more questions, just read 😄. They may allow early check-in subject to avilability. Hot water is working well, and the room was very clean. They provided free coffee and soup. They will also keep your luggage in case you need them to. There's a perfect view in the rooftop of Mount Fuji. 🤩 You just need to have the perfect timing when the weather permits.
