1. The location of the hotel is really close to Hakata Station and there are so many convenient stores, restaurants, and souvenir shops. 2. The room was compact but equipped. The bed was comfy. All electrical equipment worked fine. Sockets near bed and there are plenty. 3. The check-in was very easy with machine. There were staff available in case things get difficult. 4. Could leave luggage before check-in time and the check-out time is at noon so it would be comfortable for those who don't wanna wake up too early (though I checked out early anyway) :D

Nothing serious but I don't really like the yellow light in the room. This could be Japanese thing (as not a lot of people speak English) but the staff have very limited English ability. I didn't have to ask for assistance a lot but if I had to, that would be a significant problem.

The self-service check-in and check-out machines are amazing compared to anything I've seen. Climate control in the room worked very well. Shower/bath size and room size are expected at this pricepoint in Japan; still very clean and all amenities provided. Location is 2 mins walk to Hakata Station, which made it perfect for my plans as homebase with a JR Pass. Front desk staff were still extremely helpful (even bringing out a translation device to help answer my questions). One-stop laundry machine that does detergent, washes, and dries in ~2hrs.

This seems to be a japanese hotel standards thing, but it was a bit annoying with only 1 keycard. Since you put the card in the wall to power your room, you need to take out the card whenever briefly leaving the room. Turning off the AC and lights. But it was just 1 button press, so it's not a big deal.

Location is the best! Very convenient! Only few minutes walk from Hakata JR station. Staff is nice and helpful.

The check-in machine did not support Union pay credit card. (I need to pay by another credit card instead. ) The cleaning staff left a yellow tower on top of my luggage after cleaning.

Just a few minutes away from JR Hakata station, Hakata bus centers, many shopping malls and local small restaurants. Staff helped us checking in. Luggage left service was available as well. Breakfast was good and you can go to either the hotel you are staying or its annex hotel (just 30 seconds walk). Twin room we stayed was bigger than expected.

One block from station. Kiosk terminal check in and out. Had English on computer. Left bags using kiosk as well. Breakfast had usual Japanese breakfast food. Was reasonable at 1300 yen. Receptionist at breakfast spoke good English/filipino. Smaller room but sufficient

Great location, 3 minute walk from Hakata Station, and has good access to a whole variety of restaurants. You can choose from two restaurants for breakfast, European (Salvatore Cuomo) and Japanese (Shoya). The hotel has automated check-in and check-out machines.

Some people may not like the check-in / check-out machines difficult.

One of the best business hotel in Fukuoka with clean, comfortable and above average size rooms. Check in was fast and easy. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. It is conveniently located, a short walk from Hakata Station. Will definitely stay there again when we are in Fukuoka.

Less than 5 minutes walking from Hakata station, fast check-in with a device (there are employees at the reception if you need help), a sufficient room with everything you need, great for 1 night.

Small room, but that's the standard in Japan

Walking distance to the train station, plenty of restaurants in the area. The room - very basic and small, but everything what we needed was there.

The room was really small, not even space to open the suitcase;)

Was clean & convenient to the train station. Standard size for Japanese hotel rooms. Liked that check out was noon.

Would have been nice to have coffee available in the room. Could have had a bigger night stand between the beds, but not a huge deal.
