Perfect location right next to Hakata station. The hotel rooms we chose were so spacious and comfortable. My cousin and I had separate rooms and we were close to each other and near the elevator. Breakfast buffet was really good. Pachinko parlor right downstairs, lots of souvenir shops and food in Hakata station. All types of transportation just steps away. Staff was so accommodating especially manager Mr. Sakamoto who spoke some English and that helped us a lot. We stayed there before and will stay again, for sure!

Unfortunately, I use booking.com for all my travel but found out this hotel is no longer with them.

I like the Japanese breakfast that they offered. Not much variety daily but good enough for the stomach to go on for the day. But i like the apple tea bag they they offered, very refreshing and tasty. Room wise sufficiently spacious; as I took the Deluxe twin; so no complain to those slightly smaller room size. Location - one thing has to point out. There is Hakata exit and there is Chikushi exit. The hotel is nearer to the Chikushi exit; so just get the orientation right. And surrounding the Chikushi are many eating places. Location is safe as well; although at the ground floor of the hotel there is a Pachinko parlour which can be slightly noisy coming back to hotel. But once you entered the hotel lobby on the 3rd floor; all is quiet and well.

Location could not have been better. We enjoyed the convenience of being right next to the entrance of Hakata train station. The station directly connects to a huge range of tall shopping buildings with an abundance of restaurants and stores to browse. My family especially loved walking to the Pokemon Centre (famous and busy store for cute mascot goods) and Hakata Daruma (amazing ramen restaurant, highly recommended). Not only those things but the bus station is also located here so it was incredibly easy to visit Momochi seaside park/Fukuoka Tower. Besides the location, the beds were lovely and comfy, rooms have good privacy, clean, plenty of free toiletries which were restocked when the room was cleaned, combination washer/dryers one two floors, drink vending machines on the same two floors, a microwave on one floor, mini fridges in the rooms and free bottled water! Probably one of the nicest and most comfortable places I've stayed in Japan. You get excellent value for money here, please choose Clio Court for your next visit to Hakata City!

It's hard to think of anything I didn't like. The lobby was on the 3rd floor instead of the traditional ground level. But the elevator was always very fast and this is not so much a problem as it was simply out of the ordinary.

We chose Hotel Clio Court Hakata because of all the good reviews. We loved the location, came off the shinkansen and walked a couple minutes to our hotel. You cannot get any closer to Hakata Station and the pachinko parlor was literally on the first floor. Our rooms were spacious and had a good view. Our favorite bakery was steps away. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the station as well as connecting anywhere by bus, train or taxi. We have stayed many times in Hakata area but never at the same hotel. Not anymore. We will definitely stay here again.

One of our rooms had the TV located next to the side of the sofa so it was an awkward position to sit and watch, but it could swivel to face the bed which was better. Our sinks and toilets were painted red and we thought that was unusual.

Excellent location, very close to the train station, so easy for transport links.

Great location. Just right at Hakata Station Staffs also very helpful. Nice and clean room. Great shower and bath tub. Nice breakfast. Fast elevators. Nice view. Will recommend to friends / or will stay next time.

A little dust at the bed head/counter, so we informed the staff and this has been taken care of professionally. Thank you so much. Also a pole in one of the room we booked. A little strange but this is not a problem at all. :)

Location is the best, The hotel is located near Hakata station and Hakata Bus terminal when you get off the train go straight to chikuchi exit and turn right. If you have flight in early morning, you can take taxi in front of Hakata station to fukuoka airport, it starts at 5 AM, fare approximately 1,200 to 2,000 yen. It's depend on the type of taxi.

The front desk manager Mr. Fukuzaki went out of his way to help research and find necessary info. for us to go the kakigoya in funakoshi and also got us reservations for a great kaiseki dinner last minute.

The AC went off and the night crew ssid it was due to another guest complaining it was too cold and that the AC units are set up in blocks so that guest was in our block so they turned our block's AC off to accommodate them. We felt if they were too cold that guest should have been told to turn off AC, and leave block on for us since no other guests were complaining of being cold.

We have stayed at Clio Court many times and enjoy the convenience of the location right next to the main train station. The rooms are a bit dated and has sort of a retro vibe, but we get a great deal out of the cost of the room. The staff is excellent and very helpful. We like to stay there for the convenience and the simple breakfast is a bonus.

I wish they would change the bed cover/blanket as the color is very dark and I wonder how often the top spread is changed.

This location is close Hakata Station. Near the hotel has a lot of conbini restaurant and department store. Hotel is most value for traveller. Cheap and clean , Staff know in English language. Can leave your luggage if you check out and travel around then get it up in this day. And can leave your luggage if you check out and check in again when you travel another city and get back to same hotel.
