HOTEL FORZA HAKATAEKI CHIKUSHI-GUCHI Ⅰ

Room is large when comparing with other chain hotels in Japan, one can place up to 2 x 28inch baggage and you'd be still have some extra space. Location is also perfect! Very close to Hakata St. Chikushi Entrance. Once you go through the exit, on your lefthand side you will see a street. Just go to that street and about 100 meter is the hotel entrance! (There's a restaurant just next to the entrace, you won't miss it!)

It was our second stay in this hotel. The location is really great, just a 1-minute walking distance to the Hakata station. The check-in and check-out were very smooth and seamless. The staff even helped us if we got some questions. The room we booked was pretty spacious, and the price was very affordable. The double bed was large enough to accommodate two people. Bed and pillows were very comfy. The best thing was that they provided a massage pillow. There was a proper desk in the room which we could use for work-related stuff. Two water bottles were provided along with a coffee machine available to enjoy.

The room was spacious. Free coffee available in the lobby but the staff didn't inform us. We learnt about it through some reviews. Very convenient to go to JR Hakata City. Lots of restaurants and shopping places nearby

Didn't provide shower caps. Provided a lot of other stuff which were not useful to me. Such stuff like face cream and hair cream. Reception staff not knowledgeable. When we asked if the subway goes to the airport, she said yes. Later we found out that the subway only goes to the domestic airport and not the international airport

The hotel entrance is just 10 steps from Hakata station east exit and there are many rental car company near there. So it's very convenient for me to rent a car to travel other prefecture and use train for travelling in Fukuoka. There are 2 family marts opposite and next to the hotel. Checked in/out process was done via Kiosk under staff guidance, quick and efficient process. Room size was average Japanese hotel. When I booked the room I request for airport taxi reservation due to early flight in the morning and it's well arrangement.

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from Chikushi Exit of Hakata Station. The staffs are nice and accommodating. They were able to store our luggage before our check in (since we arrived earlier than check in time) and right after we check out. There is a coffee machine at the lobby that guests can use of. The coffee is great too. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a neck massager on our room which is a plus for us. Check in and check out process are smooth and easy. Will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we visit Fukuoka.

I liked that the location of the hotel was not too near the busy and noisy area and yet it was near enough to Hakata Bus Station and Hakata Train Station. The breakfast was a simple selection but included the local speciality of Karashi Renkon. I enjoyed the Kyoho Grape cheesecake too! The staff were very helpful with ensuring that I could get a cab to the airport even though it was the day after a public holiday. The massage chair in the room was a lovely addition after all the walking on my trip too. Thank you!

There's a foot massager and LG Stylus in our room, which I find is a thoughtful gesture. Bathroom is big and there's double wash basin. I like that there's a door separating the entrance+toilet from the bedroom. Location is convenient, just 2-3 min walk from lobby to Hakata Station.

The concierge staff we approached for check-in was neither friendly nor approachable. It was an unpleasant interaction with her. But it's just her. The other lady was polite and helpful.

The location of the hotel is just beside HAKATA STATION - which was very convenience, be it travelling or eating/shopping. 3 shopping malls are linked, hence, you may shop till you drop and need no worries of carrying your stuffs back to the hotel because the distance is so near. Taxi stand is just a stone throw away. Their bed is comfy, room is clean, and they have coffee machine at the Lobby. We are extremely satisfy with out stay

hotel was conveniently located. stone throw away from the bus interchange, sub way, JR , shinkanshen. next 2 major shopping malls, AMU plaza and kitte mall. free coffee throughtout the day. room was reasonably sized and the bed was enuff for us. 2 adults and 1 kid. will come back to stay again the next time if i am in fukuoka

check out time could be later. currently the check out time is 11 am, a bit rush

The staff are very nice and can communicate well in English. Their responses before your stay are efficient! The hotel location is very good. Two Family Marts are just next to the hotel. And it is very close to the Hakata station.

The double room is not very big. After opening a large size luggage, you don't have room to walk around. There is no view for the window. You only can see the wall of another building just next to it.
