I enjoyed the best on super cleanness of room- (credit for the housekeeping team ) I didn't request room. Clean or bed sheet change for whole 4 nights but I would ask in the next visit. Room size is just fit ( I checked room size of 15 m² before I booked ) and fridge is impressive to preserve some ice creams in summer time. When I got the Hotel, I realized I don't have to worry about earthquake. The variety of foods and restaurants are incredible so you need to be careful not to get fat~ 😀.

I had a too soft pillow problem but it is fixed right next day to get more hardened ones by request.. Water pressure in shower is not enough to erase quickly body soap- that's probably the most downsized part of my experience during my stays. I was surprised to see Room window is being faced with construction site, the first three nights were quiet prob b/c workers are off for the OBON holidays,on the 15th I heard some sudden constriction noise at night time.it distracts my sleep ; If I had find a time to stay Green Hakata Annex in future, I would find and request to stay a room at the other side of building not being faced with the Construction.

- Location, next to Hakata station - Staff, very polite - Compared to my previous stay (2 days before, where I had stayed in a single room) I had booked a double room (finding a deal for the same price as the single one) and this time the room was significantly better, with 2 windows of which one enabling lots of light to come in (to me this is very important). Also, being at the end of the corridor and far from the elevator it was much quieter than the single one. - Breakfast buffet was ok - I was able to store my luggage for 24 hrs - Appreciated the 1 pm check-in time

Extremely convenient location when arriving late / leaving early from Hakata station which is basically next door. The room size was bigger than other single rooms I stayed at. Staff was very polite. I could store my luggage for about 24 hrs while going elsewhere in Kyushu. Breakfast buffet not extraordinary but good enough for me.

The window did not let any natural light come in because there was a wall in front. The room was next to the elevator so more noisy than expected due to other customers speaking loudly. Price wise the price-quality ratio was average.

The room was very clean! The location was great, it' so close to the station! The bed was comfy and the smart tv was nice to come home to after a long day of walking around. Staff were very nice and a few spoke English so if you don't speak Japanese there is no worry.

IMO breakfast was a little on the expensive side but given the location and quality of the hotel higher prices are to be expected. I didn't experience any issues really so I don't have much to say here.

Good location nearby the Hakata station. Very good crews in this hotel I lost my passport during a sightseeing and I requested hotel crews to help it, fortunately I got my passport thanks to crews’ help. Especially the Japanese pregnant woman who can speak Korean, I truly thanks so much!!

Room is fairly small. hard to find the hotel when you drive as the Hotel's English sign board is extremely tiny and high on the top of the building which cannot be read at all while driving. A reasonable Sign Board should be added to the side of the Building at eye level like Hotel Forza next door.

Nice hotel with above average sized rooms. Really close to the train station, convenience store basically within the hotel. Also lots of restaurants within walking distance.

I have no complaints.

Double bed against the wall makes it difficult to get on and off the bed, at least for the person sleeping against the wall. Pay extra for breakfast. No free breakfast.
