Daiwa Roynet Hotel Hakata-Gion

I really enjoyed the cleanliness and quietness of the room, I couldn’t hear my neighbours which was great. The staff were so helpful and accomodating, I accidentally booked a smoking room and they were able to easily change us to a non smoking room which was a game changer as the smoking rooms had a really strong smell.

This is a wonderful place with a great location right in the center of Hakata. There are literally hundred of restaurants within walking distance. The yatai area is extremely close and access to the subways, buses and trains are all within a block. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

The western option of the 3 breakfast options was not on par with the other two.

Good location. Easy to access J.R.Shinkansen Hakata station, Fukuoka Int'l Air Port and downtown. An efficient restaurant has an touch-panel style machine, a guest can order without talking. My room has a good working table just for business. Check in time 2 p.m.

My room is very clean and reasonable price, but it had an old age or long use window curtain and wall paper. The guest could have an option to order a special breakfast, however the information is too small for me. In the most part, those information sign was very small. It seems those for frequently customer.

Didn't expect such spacious room that comes with a good massage chair. Comes with 2 double beds instead of single beds. Was given kids slipper and toothbrush as well.

the room was spacious. The bed was big also the location was great. overall I was satisfied.

There were some parts that I did not like for example we should ask for our drip coffee from the reception which was not very nice. also although I was reserved with breakfast the lady at the check-in forgot and told me that our reservation was without breakfast.

A great location close to Gion station. Sensational if you are flying out of Fukuoka airport - just three stops!

There are two hotels almost opposite each other. Both Daiwa Roynet. Can be confusing.

Reasonable walking distance to Hakata Station. Walkways are wide and easy on luggages. On main road most of the way. Near to Fukuoka entertainment area and Canal City.

Great location. Bus stop in front of hotel and metro just 1 minute walk. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Check-in / check-out process very easy.
