Lovely aroma of lavender greeted us when we checked into our room. Bathroom was fairly spacious for Japanese hotel standards. Toiletries were good, shampoo was not too dry and my hair welcomed the fact that conditioner was provided. It was a nice touch for the hotel to provide welcome drinks to guests - we enjoyed the peach tea and detox water after a long day of travelling.

Rooms were a tad small - we had two flight carry-on sized luggage and a larger bag. But the size was not unexpected for a Japanese hotel in the city centre.

The staff is very kind and ready to help, the rooms are clean and cozy and the breakfast is excellent. Hakata is also very close, making it really easy if you want to travel anywhere inside or near Fukuoka.

The location is a bit hard to find, easy to miss, if you go only by online navigation. The rooms could be a bit larger: there is hardly any space to move around when your luggage is out, and there is no space to unpack your things. Also, the only available check-in option is digital check-in at a kiosk, which would be ok, if only it did not require help from the stuff anyway (since the UX is not so smooth). Note that while I listed a lot of things, these are pretty much just minor annoyances.

Modern, very comfortable hotel. Great location, about 6 min walk from Hakata station. Heaps of local food and drinks around. Has self serve check in, a welcome drink (which was some kind of iced tea, or fruit water) which was a nice touch. We liked the room a lot. Not much of a view, but a gorgeous floor to ceiling window and beautiful curtain finishes. The bathroom set is unique compared to any other Japan hotel I’ve stayed at. The bathroom sink is in the room next to th desk, almost like a kitchen bench. Made drinking water a bit more accessible

I didn’t like not being able to access the bed from both sides, considering the curtain spans the full wall. But that’s being picky! There wasn’t much we didn’t like. I can’t remember there being an ice machine but I may have missed it

The bed was comfy but the pillow was not to my liking. Really love the washroom!!! Great shower with door and superb hot water!!! Great water pressure! Always looking forward to shower after a long day of travelling! The room was full of details like speaker for white noise background, LOTS of charging ports, and the showel gel smells really good!!!! the sink was great too! lots of space to place ur makeups and fave wash.

the room size is acceptable, able to fully lay out 1 20'in luggage on the floor. the location is slightly far, we didnt really mind until my bf twisted his ankle and couldnt walk much. overall distant acceptable. good thing is the spot is really quiet and peaceful. another thing is, toilet seat wasnt clean when we first came in, maybe they didnt have bidet to wash the seat? all in all, would come back again for the price.

Quiet neighbourhood lots of izakayas nearby, ramen joints and a supermarket. Thank you for granting my request and giving me a quiet room. Was able to rest well during my stay. Most hotels in the same level offer only double beds, this had a queen bed which was great and comfortable.

Bathroom noise insulation can be better. If someone is using the bathroom, the noise is enough to wake you up.

I like the location, it's less than 10 mins walk to Hakata Station. It's on the east exit of Hakata Station. There are restaurants few steps from the hotel and a grocery store too, aside from the convenience stores. The area is quiet and everything is close enough. The hotel facilities are modern and the aesthetic is minimalist. Toiletry supplies are available at the lobby, you get whatever you need. They also have a welcome drink counter and you can leave your luggage before check in and they will put it in your assigned room and/or keep your luggage after checkout if you need to go somewhere before your next flight/trip.

The room is a little too dimly lit for my liking, and the cleaning part is not as thorough compared to the other hotels I've stayed in. -I stayed 7 nights there and their policy is that they'll collect used towels and nightgowns, trash, and changed them to new supplies daily but they will only change sheets and clean the room on your 3rd day/night of stay (which for the most part are JP hotels' policy). So I was expecting they clean up on my 3rd day, and even put up the card to make up the bed and sign that I want the room cleaned. However, when I returned no one cleaned the room nor my nightgown changed so I had to go to the front desk to ask for a room clean up. Front desk were quick to ask for a clean up, which I am grateful for.

I really liked everything!!! Although the rooms are very small, I really enjoyed staying here. The beds are very comfy. They provide you with all the amenities you might need (not only in your room - shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, kettle, tea, cups, towels) but also in the reception there's a small corner with many things you might need (tea, face towels, mouthwash, combs, lotion, etc etc). The breakfast was amazing! They offer Japanese breakfast (rice, natto, etc) as well as a more "westernised" one ( bread, cheese, jam, ham, etc). The shower is super cool and the water pressure felt amazing after a long day walking around. I will definitely stay here again. I recommend it!!!

Nothing. The rooms are too small (very typical in Japan) but this wasn't a problem for me. But for the future travellers: if you travel with big baggage, it might be uncomfortable.

Even tho the room is small it was really comfortable! Perfect for solo travellers! The bed is so comfy it was hard to get off it in the morning, I also had to change to another hotel for my last night in the city because of schedule changes, but the second hotel was nothing like this one. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel or reserve it again if I go to Fukuoka again!

The only thing I didn't like it that my room was right in the front of the elevator so I could hear whenever people used it and my room view was other building's wall

-The location is perfect if you want to be close to Hakata Station. The area is not busy but very central and there are restaurants, grocery store and convenience stores close by. -The checkin process was very smooth and they even have my luggage in my room since I left it at their reception the morning of my checkin. -The room is relatively spacious compared to the other rooms I have booked in Japan. -The room design is clean and functional -Toiletries available

-Very slow internet in the room (both the wifi provided and my mobile device - i think there's too much interference or the area is surrounded by buildings so the connection is not good) -Cleaning schedule for rooms booked over 3 days was not followed. I booked a total of 6 nights with them but they didn't clean the room nor change the sheets on my 3rd day, I had to ask the reception for it to be done.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean with plenty of power sockets. Very big comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Coin operated washing machine and drier.

Using the room for two people, one person needed to climb over the bed. No problem for us, but might be a problem for some people! If you have large suitcases, space could be a problem but the staff will help out with storing your large suitcases. Overall we liked this hotel a lot.
