The room is clean with necessary stuffs. There is public bath at the top of hotel. And the staffs are very nice.

It is quite far for walk from Hakata station but there is bus top in front of the hotel. You can take only 2 bus stops to the station and many busses pass this way. And it is easy to call the taxi in front of hotel. The room is a bit small as Japanese standard.

Quite area. 10-15min. walk to Hakata station. Can enjoy open bath from balcony from selected room.

rooms are very small, not enough space to open suitcase, you can have grill steak smell from restaurant early morning even you closed window. if you are sensitive of smell,, it could be annoying thing. other thing was ok.

- Staff is nice and willing to help. - bathtub is good, especially, after a long walking day. - location is not too far or very close from Hakata station. You need to walk 10-15 minutes. Walkway is in good condition. There are 7-11 and Lawson nearby.

- Room is very small, no space to open our luggages. Maybe more suitable for short stay with small luggage (we stayed for 5 days) - housekeeper will clean restroom only - no free bottle of water in your room. They provide soft drink at sky lounge but allow you to stay only 30 minutes. And you cannot bring any drink out of the area.

The public bath was good, with a nice temperature. It was an easy walk (about 10 minutes on well-lit streets) from the hotel to the station, which was especially useful as there was a train to the airport which I needed the following day (actually a train to the domestic airport, but there's a free shuttle which then takes you to the international one, with clear signs pointing to it). I got to the hotel later than originally intended and was too tired to go out looking for dinner, but there seemed to be a number of restaurants and food stores nearby (including at the station). The bed was comfortable and the individual bathtub in my ensuite (although I didn't actually use it) was a little wider than that in some of the other hotels I stayed in elsewhere in Japan, and would have probably been a little easier to go from sitting to standing position after a bath.

Nothing really. Maybe a little more English spoken by staff could have been useful, but not really a problem as I only had simple questions and had learnt a few Japanese phrases before my arrival. The room was small, but fine for a short stay.

The breakfast was excellent with wonderful fresh salads and roast beef plus Japanese noodles, dont expect a traditional European breakfast other than little pancakes with maple syrup. Washing machines and dryers were great to have when staying two weeks you could go home with most clothes clean. Nice lounge with chilled water and free soft drinks available, Mens warm bath. Pyjamas provided so that you could go to the warm baths relaxed. Location was good and quiet, we could sleep well. The cleaning staff were wonderful with fresh towels everyday as needed.

I know its Japan but our executive room was very small, we ordered an extra long bed which is a must, but even so it was not so wide. The bathroom was good.

Staff put us in the best location, the 14th floor near the furoba (public bath) and lounge. Excellent breakfast. Nice touch to have steak and eggs and a wide assortment of food. Both western and Japanese. Room size typical for Japanese hotel. Having a room for up to 5 people created a very high ceiling that made the size of the room feel much bigger. Sound proofing great. Could not hear people going to the furoba nor the people next door. Very secure for women to enter their furoba (bath area), which required a special code to access. An 11 am check out time was great. Nice to have separate toilet, wash basin and shower/tub was a nice amenity. Very special toilet. Flushed on its own after using. 3 large twin size bed - great. The counter space great to accommodate two women and myself. Lots of electrical outlets.

Would be nice to have hangers in the wash basin area to hang clothes for people using the shower/ bath tub and to hang bath towels. A draw string line to hang bath towels above the tub area would be nice. Night stands would be nice. We used our suit cases as our night stand. A scale in the furoba area would be nice.

Room was small but clean. Location was good, about 10min walk to Hakata station. Convenient store across the street. Breakfast was wonderful!

Staff didn’t speak much English. I had an incident where I was in the public bath and for where all guest had a passcode to enter. It was early in the morning and no one in the public bath, someone kept knocking on the door to the bath. I mean really knocking, I called the front desk to ask for help, because it was scary… not knowing who was knocking. Anyways the male staff did not understand, kept wanting to give me the passcode to enter the bath. Also when I checked out I asked the front desk staff to call a taxi for me, again a male staff told me fully booked not available, however when I asked again to another female staff, she just simply called and the taxi arrived soon after… like less than 3min later.

This hotel feels so luxurious, I'm sad we only stayed one night. We chose it because it was near Hakata station (we had to go to Hakata airport early in the morning) and they have a shared bath. It is still a good 10-15min walk though from hakata station. The personnel was so nice and allowed us to store our luggage before check in. The structure of the hotel is very nice with a "hole" in the middle lol The room we chose was a bit small even if we only had carry on luggage. If you have big luggage it may be problematic. The breakfast was so nice ! A lot of choice The shared bath was very clean and calm. They have a sky lounge where you can have a free sink and admire the view, it is ok. Would recommend 100%

Room was a bit small

It was in a 15 minute walking distance to Hakata Station. The staff was very friendly and tried there best to understand our questions. The air conditioner in the room was amazing.

The rooms are exceptionally small. The room needed more detailed cleaning (Under the beds were very dusty and behind the television). Also, it would have been nice to offer some fresh fruit for breakfast. The elevators were very hot.

Clean and tidy. Good location within walking distance of station. Free soft drinks available in Sky Bar which had good view of the city especially at night.

Room small with virtually no storage space except single suitcase stand and 5 coat hangers. As I was on my own in twin room this was fine but would be too small for 2 people with luggage you'd end up with everything on the floor.
