Location as it’s one train stop away from Tokyo Disney. Hotel is attached to the Shin Urayasu Train Station. There is a self service luggage closet and locking room since you absolutely cannot check in until 3:00pm. There is also a self service toiletries area where you can pick up any toiletries you may need.

The check in process is very inefficient, especially for those that do not speak or read Japanese. There is a QR code option but unable to download on international phones.

This hotel is a great option if you're going to Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea. It is conveniently located right next to the train station so it's super easy to get to, there is a Lawson right downstairs in the same building and there a restaurant/pub in the basement as well. The check in process was super easy and the staff super helpful during this process. They also were able to print out our Disney tickets since we don't have a printer with us. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to and from both of the parks which is super convenient. Also a lot of ammenities available for free which was great. There is even free coffee, tea and some other refreshments in the main lobby. The room itself was really large and can easily fit a family, it was also super clean everywhere. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is good but only if you're going to be visiting the Disney parks from here. Don't book this as your main stay in Tokyo as it's a bit for out in our opinion. We only went to Disney from here so no problem for us though.

Great spread of international buffet breakfast, with the donuts display selection and freshly squeezed orange juice the main highlights. The room amenities were replenished daily, and the hotel has a store for customers to take more of the amenities such as mouth wash, baby diapers, bath salts and coffee/tea. Also welcome lobby that serves complimentary beer and wine! Location was excellent and nearby to train station and shopping mall with a supermarket. As a Disney partner hotel, also provides complimentary bus to and fro both theme parks.

Faster replenishment of coffee cups during breakfast! Otherwise it was great.

Free shuttle bus from/to disneyland/disneysea. Nearby bus stop to catch bus to Hanada airport, which is very convenient and value for money. The hotel is next to a shopping mall which has supermarket, food court, pharmacy, uniqlo, and other essential shops. The hotel is close to JR line, easy transportation to other areas. The hotel has welcome lodge/bar allows friends to sit together to chat and relax. Buffets offer different type of food, freshly made.

Transportation from hotel to other areas of town can take 1hr or so, it's not super good for night-life or shopping. :) But great for families who want to go to visit Tokyo disney.

Pretty close to the Disney Resort, without the Disney price tag. Really appreciated the shuttle bus between the hotel and the park; the driver was very kind in helping getting my wheelchair-using mum on and off the bus. Loved the ammenities room, so guests could get what they needed. The complementary drinks and snacks in the lobby were much appreciated. The Sagawa Transport counter was very useful; it meant we could ship some of our bags to our next hotel instead of having to take them on the train with us. The foot massager was the best and much needed after a day of walking around Disney.

Not much of a dislike, but a suggestion - in a hotel this big, maybe more washing machines & driers? I would have liked to have done a load of laundry before I moved into my next hotel, but we were there at the same time as a couple of school groups and they got to the laundry room before I did. (On the other hand, kudos teens! Good for you! :) )

The best hotel by far for me. Very convenient train access to Shin-Urayasu, with 24/7 Lawson just a few meters away from the reception hall, and malls across the hotel. We can even do the laundry, and get our toiletries for free. YES, for FREE, of course for all hotel guests only. The aircon is not that hot and not too cold, very regulated temperature. Big bathroom and full bathtub. The welcome lounge is a plus! All drinks and snacks are FREE for all hotel guests. You can even bring drinks and snacks to your room from the welcome lounge. The hotel is also one station away from Maihama if you are planning to go to Disneyland and DisneySea ♥♥♥

The fact that it is connected to shin urayasu station and had a 24hr convenience store makes it very convenient. The shopping malls are also just a short walk away. The very frequent shuttles (10-20min) that start at 7am to Disneyland makes it very convenient to arrive early. I love that there are refreshments, cotton candy and sweets after a tiring disney trip every night! Going back to Haneda was also easy when the bus stop is just kinda across the road. The hotel has Airport trolleys to bring your luggage to your rooms and to the bus stop. The 'Tirion' room has all the amenities you need too!

I would like to suggest that the room be stocked with facial masks too. Sunroute plaza had those.

Free beverage at lobby lounge. Free shuttle bus to Disney Resort. Free shuttle bus to Onsen monogatari urayasu mangekyo. Paid Airport limousine Bus stop in front of hotel at 1300yen/adult. However, keep in mind when you want to take Airport limousine bus from hotel to Haneda is totally different bus stop where they drop you, the bus stop is at bit far at in front of Aeon/Mona.

Bathroom/toilet is not separated. Neares JR train station Shin-Urayasu always crowded of people. Hotel is slightly far away from Tokyo city centre like Shibuya, Sensoji, Tokyo Tower etc.

The nightly reception was great! We were able to relax with some beer and wine while our daughter helped herself to candies and cotton candy that she made herself. Breakfast was a very good selection everyday. Our favorites were the burgers, donuts and the various drinks offered with our meals. After breakfast we were so full that we didn't have to look for another meal until much later in the day. We loved replenishing supplies like lotion, bath salts, toothbrushes, hairbrushes and floss, as much as you needed. Pajamas were provided, so really, there's not much to bring here. There are several washers and dryers as well. Almost everything is provided. If you are planning a trip to Disneyland or Disney Sea, this hotel is good value for money. They have free shuttles and adjoining the hotel is access to the train as well as a mall for shopping. We were able to buy food for a New Year's dinner in our room. I loved staying here!

One of our favourite hotels in Japan. We stayed in the Grande room and it was perfect for our large family, even though there was just one bathroom. The Welcome lounge (2pm-11pm) was a great perk offered by the hotel where guests could help themselves to lollies, biscuits, ice cream, fairy floss, drinks, grape slushies, good coffee, tea, and even alcohol. The Tiroir was also another nice hotel gesture where we could get extra toiletries if we needed. I was surprised to see nappies as well. The shuttle bus service to Disneyland and DisneySea was excellent. It took 15 mins to get to Disneyland and 25 minutes to get to DisneySea. At peak times the buses came every 10 minutes
