The room was clean, and I could see the sea a little from the upper floors. I use a wheelchair, but I can't drive myself, so I'm asking for improvement because there are few staff and no stats to assist without my family. Firefly's kaiseki cuisine in the hotel was very satisfying.

The location: Direct access from Shin-Urayasu station with a covered walkway. A Lawson opposite the the entrance closest to the train station. Supermarket, chemist, restaurants and other shops within a 5min completely undercover walk. One train stop away from Maihama/Tokyo Disney Resort, and the rapid service train stops at both stations, allowing you to escape the worst of the crowded local trains at the parks closing time when returning to this hotel. The room: Enormous! Beds and pillows exceptionally comfortable and large. Two pillows on each bed, one with down, one with some other kind of filling - the other was the best. So many hotels use down pillows and I find them very uncomfortable, and I was so happy this hotel has other options. Down doonas on the beds - nice and warm. Large window with excellent view over to city of Tokyo. Comfortable couch. Small fridge hidden inside a cupboard which meant the noise of the fridge running was hidden too. Easy to use cooling system. Roomy bathroom. Plenty of room to spread out luggage.

An in-room microwave would have bumped the score up to 10/10 and would make this place a contender for more than a two night stay. There was apparently one somewhere in the hotel that we could have used by asking staff, but we weren't there enough nights to get around to doing that. If we'd been there longer we would have enquired. The hotel does have a few restaurants but they were quite expensive.

Quick check-in, large room, many dining options nearby, connection to train station - one stop to Disney parks. Room was quiet, large tub and shower area. Quick and quiet elevators - never had to wait (3 elevators). On site dining, Atre and Aeon shopping next to station, both with food courts. For those needing American eating comfort, McDonalds and KFC were available.

Platform beds and bed firmness may be a turnoff for some but were not an issue for my personal comfort.

Location was good as access to eateries and convenient stores/Aeon mall were within walking distance. The shuttle service provided to and from Disneyland and Disney Sea was the main reason for our stay at Urayasu Brighton. The room is clean and spacious, so we had sufficient place our luggages and move around. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Urayasu Brighton.

The lighting in the room could be a bit brighter but not a major issue.

Location was excellent for Disneyland, and more affordable than the official Disneyland hotels. It is across from Urayasu Station, which is on a direct line from Tokyo Station. There is an Aeon Mall close by with plenty of food options, a free shuttle to Disneyland and Disneysea, and the Airport Limousine bus is within waking distance. Room is basic but comfortable and had everything we needed. There was no microwave, but staff were happy to reheat our food for us and bring back to our room.

Great location to shopping, restaurants, train station, and Disneyland. About a 45min plus train ride to main city attractions in Tokyo. We used the Airport Limousine bus to go to and from airport. It was cheap and less hassle than train. We did not use any of the hotel amenities. Prior reviews are accurate so take the time to read. What is important to some are less important to others. The staff I had contact with was helpful. I would return if cost was cheaper.

I liked the property. I would have liked a brochure in the room telling you about all the hotel had to offer. Sweet Shop in hotel could open a little earlier.

Excellent facilities and close to station for DisneyLand trip or grab the shuttle bus. Check the timetable though. English speaking staff but take it slow and smile as you both get to understand each other. Laughter is alway best. Great hotel

They had sensitivity for allergies. I’m a coeliac and like anywhere you have to balance the risks eating out. They had good information on the breakfast but I’d stay with what you feel comfortable with. I didn’t get sick but didn’t eat all the options that were “wheat” free, like fried foods etc.

Quite, clean , except the carpet was stained badely in the lobby and around the dining room. Other than that, the place was very clean.i would recommend this hotel to my family and friends

Quiteness and the location were close to the train station, and there was a supermarket and a small mall in the area. It is very convenient to get to Disneyland by shuttle bus .

Location was great and very convenient for transportation and food. Disney shuttle was nice. Beds were comfortable as well. Bathtub and shower were nice.

Small things that add up. TV was strapped together with the cable box with Velcro, which seemed ghetto to me. Edges of the carpet were visibly dusty. Bathroom sink handles were not sensitive, turn it once and no water comes out. Turn it three times and maybe water would be full strength.
