Hotel Kajiwara

Great location near the station and the stop for buses to the airport, the tourist port and the hot springs. Very smart and clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but the walk to the station requires quite a detour if you have a wheeled suitcase that you can't easily carry up & down subway stairs, as the carpark and tram rails block direct access - you just have to allow a bit more time.

The location was great, close to the station and very easy to find. The buffet breakfast was good, it could have been better, bu they are still working under COVID regulations, so it makes sense. I LOVED the bed and the pillow, I wish I knew where to buy that pillow for myself.

I was aware that the room was going to be rather small, but it took me by surprise how small it was. Don't get me wrong, this was not a problem, as ventilation was great, the bathroom unit was good too and the room had everything that I needed, I was just surprised at the size.

The Hotel located at a very convenient place. You can easy to access to Matsuyama JR Station to go to the Airport, or take a taxi to the Airport, to walk go to the Mall shop, walk to the Matsuyama Castle, and the Hotel is right next to the night-bus stop. Also, you can see the ground -train which I think is the unique train in Japan just in front of the hotel.

Perfect location, very close to train station, car rental and castle. Staff was very friendly, was speaking English, we were able to get extra key to our room. We were staying in the new part of the hotel, which was nice and clean.

Very spacious rooms. Location was great, only a 2-3 min walk from JR Matsuyama Station.

The floor lobbies in the new section didn’t have their air conditioning on. It was quite stuffy. The room ACs were fine though.

Just around the corner of the train station (450m), good bus connection to tourist attractions as museum and garden park. Also in walking distance to the ferry’s.

Great location, close to Matsuyama station and streetcar. Room is not cramp and had good city view. I love the bed, have a great sleep.

There was construction work on my floor. Unfortunately I was not informed by the hotel staff.

This was a last-minute choice, decided primarily by its convenient location near the train station and low price. I was very pleasantly surprised by the room -- it was very clean and the decor was modern and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

Close to station. Tran stop almost right outside. Good price.
