The location is very central, near train station, airport limousine bus stop, shopping centre/street and eateries. Within walking distance to Matsuyama castle and museum, a short train ride to Dogo precinct. Okaido shopping street is just opposite the hotel. The toiletries provided are excellent with facial cleanser, lotion and moisturizer. Also provided many types of beverages besides coffee/tea for free. The laundry machines are super easy to use with English instruction.

The room is a bit small to open up two medium size luggage but we manage to put one on the couch and forgo the use of the couch. The staff hardly speak English but they tried their best to communicate and accommodated our needs.

I like the concept of a dry and wet toilet. Sink area was outside as well which is a refreshing concept and the wet toilet setup was amazing. Big tub and I love the shower area as well. Layout of the room and thoughtful furniture makes the room very welcoming.

Room is a bit small for two of us. We are not big, but with our larger sized luggages and us, there isn’t really much space. Pillows too soft and low, need to invest in better pillows.

Very clean, comfy place, nice breakfast. It’s close to a park and to the lift that will take you up to the castle. There’s a tram stop almost right in front of the door, that you can use to go to Dogo Onsen. The staff was very nice, especially the kitchen staff during breakfast was always super cute. I would definitely stay there again.

Spotless clean, nice room and mattress, opposite to the town center and next to airport bus stop, very friendly staffs, great selection of breakfast and very good cleaning amenities and descent size of room Nice lounge where you can sit and work if needed with free flow coffee and drinks

Room is clean and bright, separate toilet and bathroom with special bath oil provided. Very helpful English and even Mandarin speaking staff! TV update on availability of washer/dryer in laundry room.

No writing desk and chair in room, and had to sit on bed/sofa and work on a low side table. Alternatively, one can work in the cafe after breakfast hours until late, self-serve tea and coffee.

Great location, right outside of the Okaido shopping street and tram stop. Staff were kind and helpful, changed our towels and rubbish bins daily.

Room was relatively small with not much floor space for bags, but doable for two people with one bag each.

bathtub was good enough space and enjoyed the bath. the hotel offered one pack of bath bomb. the facility is perfect and clean(also new). location was perfect, an express bus stop is right next to the hotel. good for eating out and sightseeing. the staff was friendly.

Excellent location. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Room had no chair in front of desk. It was hard to do some work. Chair must be ordered at front desk. Asked for room with city view, ended up, facing a wall of the neighboring building. All in all excellent value for money, it is a good and solid business hotel.

Convenient location with a department store located opposite the hotel. It's a short walk towards Matsuyama Castle's ropeway station. The staff were also helpful in explaining the parking situation to us. For those planning to drive, there are a few different parking locations (Ojoka Parking and Flower Parking) where you can park your car overnight and the hotel sells parking tickets at 1000yen which you can use when making payment at the carpark. Parking overnight at the normal rate would cost around 2400yen so the voucher was definitely helpful.
