As a family of four we stayed in a deluxe triple room which was really spacious and included kitchenette and dining area. (Superior twin room not nearly as big.) In-room laundry was very handy, although it was difficult to figure out how to use the dryer (not sure we really got it right). Short walk to and from Nagoya Stn.

Front desk not staffed 24 hours/day, and some staff had very limited English. We didn't encounter any problems so this wasn't really an issue for us, but not sure how easily a 'middle of the night' problem could have been resolved.

The family room was huge, with a proper fridge, microwave and crockery, staff were helpful and there are three playgrounds within walking distance for travellers with young kids. The bathroom is also very large and features a drying function for clothes. There's also a good supermarket on the same road as the hotel, about ten mins walk away (past the playground beside a shrine) which makes it an easy walk with kids. Hotel staff provided laundry powder, hangers and a drying rack for washing.

We weren't sure what to do with our rubbish on a longer stay. It would be nice if they would service the room at least once in 2-3 days when people are staying longer. Strangely the first night we wanted to stay wasn't available on this site but we called the hotel and were advised to book it on another platform (not directly through the hotel). That seemed to be a strange booking.com/hotel issue which should be fixed. I can't recommend any restaurants nearby but delivery arrived quickly and there's some delicious foreign food available on the main food delivery app.

Service apartment with washing machine, fridge, small dining area. The room was big with comfortable beds and pillows. Loved the separate toilet & bathroom concept and the double vanity counters outside the bathroom. Drying feature in the bathroom was very useful for drying washed clothes. Despite the language barrier, the staff were helpful.

Carpet in the room didn't feel clean so we wore bedroom slippers.

The room is fine, alittle bit small. Staff is friendly and very helpful upon checked in. Subway station is about 8-10 mins walk from hotel.

Is a very basic hotel. Convenient store is about 10 mins from hotel. The hotel does not have a storage room so they do not allow to keep luggage after checked out and does not allow luggage to send to hotel before check in. We actually plan to send our luggage from Osaka to Nagoya via Taq-q-bin but was rejected.

I like the amenities. Our room was quite big for Japan standard, and i love the interior. Simple but kawaii.

This hotel was a bit distant from Nagoya station. It says 8-minute walk on google map, but I think it was more than that. It was a struggle with the luggages. But it’s just a 3-minute walk to bus stops. So still 10/10.

We just needed room as a base for a couple of days for some day trips and it worked perfectly being about 10 mins walk from Nagoya station. Clean room with two double beds and a microwave and fridge freezer.

No bath, just a shower. It wasn't a problem for us, but I don't believe you can leave luggage at the hotel.

There is no space to temporary store luggage after check out. After check out at 10 am, I have a hard time to bring all my luggages with me to go everywhere before go to the airport in the evening. Also, the hotel staff cannot speak English.

It has everything you need to stay comfortably. I love the ensuite washing machine. We managed to do a few loads of laundry to continue our trip. The room is very spacious

there’s not many places you can eat close to the hotel. Bot within approximately 10 minutes walk is Nagoya Station, where you can find a good variety of restaurants and shopping

The overall room design is comfortable. Like the bathroom that can set to dry clothing after our daily laundry. So that we could have fresh clean clothing everyday during our trip.

Generally all good except the location is a little far from train station.

Great place to stay for large families. We have 4 adults, each has a comfortable twin bed, there is a large living area with huge TV and 2 toilets. Was a little expensive but given the large area, this is expected. A short 6 mins walk to Nagoya station.
