Friendly and helpful staff front desk. Respectful housekeepers. Comfortable room. About 13 minutes walk from station.

The detergent for washers was "smelly," 6kg for ¥300. Dryers weren't as effective as I wanted it to! (¥100/ 30 mins) Took me almost 3hours for drying!! That's not including the washing 😒 Spent a bit but clothes still moist - unhappy. Could you please change and use nicer smelling detergent? There was instruction that indicated no adding of own detergent!! And have proper drying ventilation for the dryers please? Travellers like us that travel for 21 days, need our clothes smelling nice and pleasant! Thank you.

The staff were very polite. The distance between the hotel and transportation was within walking distance. There are many restaurants and convenience stores surrounding the hotel, super convenient! When we did not ask for housekeeping, they brought us fresh towels everyday and hang outside our room, we ended up with 4 bags of fresh towels in the room - we always have fresh towels to use.

Nothing I don’t like about the hotel.

Great location for the train station (literally 5 minute walk) and the staff were really nice. We were out all day at the F1 so literally it was just somewhere to sleep. The bed was comfortable (even if a little small), the shower pressure was good and the pajamas were a lovely touch. Corner shop attached to the hotel which was extremely useful.

The room was pretty small but we were expecting it and I think this is quite standard in Japan. Being two Europeans with massive suitcases it was a bit of a struggle to find somewhere to put them but it was manageable.

The hotel is a short 5-7 minute walk from Nagoya Station. People may get it confused with the Via Inn Tsubaki-Cho hotel, so make sure you check the signs. This hotel has a Family Mart on the first floor, so it’s convenient for grabbing coffee and snacks during your stay. I like how you can put up “please make up the room” or “no room cleaning” signs. The staff leaves towels and trash bags in a white bag on your door when you don’t need your room cleaned. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Nothing bad to say

Close to train station. Close to many shopping centres and restaurants. Best part are the free drips coffee. Staffs are nice,. Also close to famous noodle restaurant where former Japan prime minister dined. Don’t know the name of the restaurant, but can be found underground shops.

Rooms are a bit small. We are a family of 4 and have to rent two rooms. We like to share one big room together so we can share our experiences at the end of the day outing.

I like the unli UCC drip coffeee, toothbrush, body towel, and other toiletries. It would be perfect if there are shower cap and cotton/cotton pads.

The clogged bath tub. It took longer time to drain. So when rinsing the hair and body, the feet is soaked in dirty water.

Close to Nagoya station. Room was clean with a large desk. Staff is fine. Price was fair, but it was off season. Despite some defaults, I enjoyed staying there.

AC was noisy and difficult to set. Fridge was noisy too. No real lobby downstairs. One more pillow ?

Check-in was very easy and informative for us as American tourists. The location of the hotel is amazing, with Nagoya station just a short walk away. The breakfast was a good deal and our room was very comfortable, with a good amount of space making it a great value stay.

The hotel didn't have many facilities for social interaction or relaxation besides the breakfast cafe.

The location - the inn is situated near the train station and accessible to a lot of commercial establishments, restaurants, and convenience stores. The staff - they were courteous and friendly, very helpful also. The rooms - we were a group of 12 (10 adults and 2 children) and we requested for rooms that were close to each other, and the request was granted. The rooms were kept clean always and the towels and sheets fresh.
