Location was superb, just a few minutes walk away from the train station. Room was clean and I loved the big bed! Bit squeezy, but that's expected of a Japanese business hotel. Toilet was bigger than usual and comfortable!

A bit impossible to do laundry because there's only 3 machines :( They do provide you a way to track the washing machines' availability on your tv but it's not that helpful in the end because people hog the machines! I went down when the screen showed that there was 5 minutes left on one machine, only to end up waiting another 30-40minutes downstairs because the person continued to use the machine after the first load was done... I eventually gave up cos the other people using the other 2 machines seemed to be doing the same..... Maybe what can be done is a queue/ticket system for the machines? Just floating a thought.

Travelled with family and a small child. Location was great - just a short walk from Nagoya station. Great value for money. The place was clean and the staff were very attentive to the needs of the family. We were particularly impressed that they noted to give us three towels instead of two since we were travelling with a child - something that many other hotels don't notice.

The double room is small for 2 adults and a child, and 3 luggages. This is really on us, but be warned not to be too ambitious! Toilet is quite cramped. Still, if you're not spending too much time lounging in the room, the pros really do outweight the cons.

The location was good, very near nagoya station, staff was very kind. The hotel was very convenient. They provided many amenities, even face masks and body lotion. The room was very clean and modern, and just like everything in Japan, things worked well.

I just have 2 complains though, one is the size of the room it was really small, to the point that I had to close my bags if I wanted to walk around. And second was the breakfast, but that is just my problem not the hotel, because I don't eat food in the morning. And there wasn't really a choice of fruits or cereals.

The hotel is located west of Nagoya station so you'll have to walk approx 10-15 min to reach to east of nagoya station where the city center is, where all the restaurants and malls are. The staff is nice and helpful. Room is small though. We booked two room and one of them has a huge column so the the room was much smaller than the other one. So we had to place our luggage on the desk which is not a problem for us as our hand carry luggage is really small and we travel light. But might be a concern if you carry a huge luggage.

Excellent location, close to Nagoya central station with bus and other transportation options that will take you anywhere you want. There are tons of restaurants and bars in the area and also two 7 eleven, familmart shops a few minutes away on foot. The hotel has small but comfortable rooms and overs Pyjamas, slippers and anything you may need during your stay. In the lobby you can pick and borrow things such as clothes steamer, extra lamps and even USB charging cables for both android and iPhones. There is also a washing room where you can wash and dry your clothes and monitor it from your rooms tv, genius. The staff was also very helpful and professional. The night staff may have some issues with English. Nothing they couldn't handle with the help of a convenient translation device. My family's stay

Hotel is located near the Nagoya station, although in a back alley, so you do have to look for it a bit :) The hotel is rather new, the personel is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

The rooms are not spacious, as it often is the case in Japan, so take this into account when planning your trip. Also the breakfast was not very good. It was rather bland and cattered more to japanese tastes. This is not really a complaint, but it was just not what I was used to.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Helped with luggage when I got to Nagoya early and stored it whilst me and my friends travelled around the city. Easy to find the hotel and instructions/directions sent beforehand made it really easy to find the right place.

Bed was a little uncomfortable for myself, but I'm both very tall (over 6') and am used to more soft and bouncy beds. This is a mild issue and didn't take away from the hotel experience.

The location is excellent, a short walk to Nagoya station and anime-themed stores for those who are interested. The staff was very helpful, excellent service. They also helped us sending our luggage to the next hotel. The breakfast was good enough, nothing too fancy. Enough to start your day. You get your value for money.

The room we took was VERY small. For a single person it would have worked, but as a couple it was very cramped especially with suitcases. at least we stayed only for 2 nights.

Within walking distance from Nagoya Train Station. Once you are able to find the right exit upon arrival at Nagoya Train Station from Chubu Airport or Shinkansen from other part of Japan getting to the hotel is not far. Best part is the hotel is located in a street which is not overly busy so walking path is easy. Room are small, usual like most other hotels, but clean and with all the necessary amenities provided. Best part is luggages can be slotted under the bed! From the room via the TV you can even monitor the usage of washing machine 😃. Staffs are helpful and friendly too.

Nothing much except room wee is small? But it does serve the purpose of providing a good clean comfortable accommodation.

The room was really spacious for two people and was really close to Nagoya station with lots of food and shopping options. Great selection of amenities is self service at the lobby. The male staff (same staff who checked on our room to be cleaned) helped us write the delivery info to send our luggage to the next hotel.

They forgot to clean our room on the day it was supposed to be cleaned (we stayed 7 nights and rooms are supposed to be cleaned automatically on the 3rd day) but they did it the following day when we requested it to be done. A female staff with glasses was really cold and not very helpful.
