Booked 2 rooms because the system didn’t allow me to book a large room for my family of five. Hotel was kind enough to give us a connecting room so we could all hang out in the same space. Rooms are comfortable, but hotel’s age does show a bit in the decor, walls, furniture. But still comfy. The walking distance to Nagoya JR station, Takashimaya and the many shops made it really convenient. Loved that there’s a Lawson just across the road so we ate onigiri for breakfast before our road trips. The fried famous fried chicken place opposite was also great for suppers! We wld recommend this hotel still!

The hotel staff spoke halting English so communication was quite difficult, so we did not engage them as much in the end and just tried to figure things out ourselves. Lobby is a little dark and often deserted but we don’t hang out there much anyway. The hotel’s distance to JR, food options, shopping made up for these cons.

The side table was dusty as long as we were staying there The hair combs are found at the reception, they could just add one in the room for easier access when needed The view wasn't nice at all

The size of the room is much bigger than your typical hotel in Japan. It was very roomy and comfortable. The location also is very convenient since it's only a couple minutes walk from Nagoya station and the express train to the airport. Konbinis and restaurants are also close by to the hotel

The hotel is conveniently located close to Nagoya Station, allowing for both ease of transport and a huge choice of places to eat at. The room was fairly spacious, which allowed me to work out. The bed was comfortable, while the pillows were above-average in terms of support. The breakfast that I had was also sufficient for my needs.

While the room was quite spacious, I have to admit that I was expecting something a bit larger based on the pictures provided. Beyond that, no real complaints.

Mattress was very comfortable. The size of room was perfect for a family to stay. The water pressure from shower head was very good and room was clean and neat.

The lighting system was a bit old but all works fine.

The location is excellent, very close to all public transport. The rooms are very generous in size. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

If anything, the beds/pillows were a little uncomfortable.

Location was great. 3 minutes from JR Nagoya station. Lots of food and shopping options surrounding the hotel.

Beds are very hard, but I am sure if I asked, something could have been done to assist.

Convenient location close to the train station and other attractions. Well sized rooms (for Japan) and friendly accommodating staff. Buffet breakfast was nice.

Not really a criticism, but the hotel’s decor is dated.
