Conveniently located within 10 min walk from Oita Station. The staff were courteous, respectful, and accommodating. Nice sized room.
The bathroom looked somewhat outdated, and I would expect a newer bathroom system for the price.

Big and spacious room! It was clean, comfortable and well-maintained for its age (could tell it was a tad on the older side). A real pity that we stayed only one night and didn't have the time to explore the other facilities - there was a 24h gym + swimming pool. The parking lot was large so we didn't find any trouble parking the car.

There was no public microwave or any form to cook food or prepare a heated snack. And the bathroom seemed pretty outdated compared to the rest of the hotel.
