Good mannered and polite staff, clean rooms and lobby, free use of washing machines and tumble driers .A simple, but certainly adequate breakfast and a free drink during " happy hour" in the evening.

The hotel was fully booked and it wasn't possible to get my room changed to avoid very noisy family in the next room. However this was for one night only.The hotel would have been too far from the station for anyone to walk with a suitcase, but the taxi though was less than 1000 yen.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was one of the cheapest hotels I stayed in in Japan, but the room was very comfortable and the hotel gave free alcohol from 6.30-8.30pm, plus free breakfast. The listing only let's you choose smoking rooms, but at least 3 floors of the hotel are completely non-smoking, so be sure to ask. Great value hotel.

The free buffet breakfast was great - a good range of both Japanese and western options plus pastries and desserts. Free massage chairs in the lobby were a nice touch. At happy hour there is free alcohol which is awesome.

The dryers did not dry our clothes at all. I put it back in 3 times and in different dryers and it did not dry.

It was within walking distance of the station. It was clean and quiet

No instructions in English for the washing machine or drier. The machine I worked out, but the drier was more challenging and I had to seek help when the clothes weren’t drying. Breakfast wasn’t up to the standard we have been experiencing.

The breakfast is hot and a lot of choices. Very nice price for the stay. 6-8 PM is happy hour, you can have one cup of drink, including draft beer, please do not miss it.

The location is far away from the main train station, need 15 min walk or ever longer if you are the first visit of this hotel.

From the check-in experience to the room atmosphere, everything was decent. The location is also close to the Okayama station. What surprised us was that they offered a welcome drink for free at night. You could even have a beer and it was awesome. Under the covid emergency state, I had a fantastic night at the launge chatting with my girlfriend on beer and relaxed in the massage chair.

This is merely a personal suggestion. It would be better if the welcome drink stand and surroundings were more organized with covid measures.

The place was just very accommodating. I booked for one night, and needed to stay an extra night, and they were willing to let me re-book via Booking.com and switch rooms. They didn't make me wait until 3pm, considering it technically WAS a re-booking. They had anything that I needed, and even more had I forgotten anything. Breakfast was free and they even have a "HAPPY HOUR" where they compliment guests with one free drink -self served. It was a good place and I know Okayama hotels. Probably the best I've stayed at and especially for the price.

Great location -near restaurants, bars, shops etc. Tram stop is outside or about a 5 minute walk to the main train station. Room was bigger than similar hotels and wasn't needing a refurb like many are.

The excellent breakfast, the nice price, and the stuffs are willing to help, not mention about the happy hour drinks highlighted between 19:00-21:00. Highly recommended stay for a couple days in this lovely city.

Location is good little bit far from Okayama station, but I can handle it. Breakfast is good, it is nice choice. Massage chair and happy hour(free drink) is quite good.
