You can get breakfast on the day itself, from the reception desk. It cost Y700 per person during our stay. We had breakfast on a day where curry was available, so it was especially worth the cost. Also a real convenience with sufficient seating in the breakfast area and a reasonable spread of mostly Japanese-style breakfast items.

The room is really small for a couple and there is no luggage stand. We had two large size (not oversize) bags and were consistently getting in each others' way inside the room.

The hotel is near Okayama station. Breakfast was Japanese style and good. Room was spacious. I double checked my room looking for towels and didn't see them. The staff was nice enough and provided me extra towels when I asked, they didn't ask why. Turns out I didn't look properly and the towels were on a shelf above the toilet seat. They can keep your luggage for no extra fees after you checked out.

The breakfast included a wide variety of tasty food. It would be very good if the plastic covering on each of the dishes was eliminated. It didn’t seem to be necessary and environmentally it’s a massive long term problem.

Excellent hotel very close to Okayama Station. The room was a good size with usual facilities, flat screen TV , fridge , kettle etc and spotlessly clean . Bathroom modern and bright

I can think of nothing . The hotel and the room was perfect for me .

Variety at breakfast

Overuse of single use plastic. It is totally unnecessary to cover new linen with plastic and to cover every dish with glad wrap. Trend cannot advertise itself as eco-friendly while it sustains this practice. They could also use washable hashi or at least not wrap them in paper.

Very short walk to Okayama St. Room space actually much bigger than I thought for Japan standard. The amenities were great, especially the DHC shampoo. Very nicely store my luggage pre check in n post check out.

Nothing much, I feel the staff doesn't speak much English but nothing you can't solve wt google translate and broken Japanese.

Nice new and comfortable hotel within close distance and view of Okayama station. Convenience store with dedicated entrance on the ground floor. Good Wifi speed.

The mattress was a bit on the hard side in comparison to other hotels in this price range.

The hotel's position is very convenient, being close to the train station and a lot of shops and restaurants The single rooms were spacious and not very expensive

It was a bit confusing how to ask not to change towels in the bathroom every day

The breakfast was good. It is located near the train station and close to a large shopping complex. The laundry was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very closed to the stations. The laundry machine works well.

Room is Japanese standard type, quite small, hard to open the big luggage.
