Amazing size room and beds, wth balcony. Staff helpful and friendly. The hotel is lovely and has very good amenities including, indoor pool, sauna, gift and food shop as well as laundry room with lots of washing machines and driers'. Breakfast choice limited for non-meat eater however, what was available was was good. Could of done with a but more fresh fruits and better coffee.

The beach is call Tropical beach. It's not too far from the hotel but I would not describe it as tropical. The sand is fine but your are limited to a small, cordoned off area to swim. Once the kids are in this section, it becomes pretty full. It's a very clean beach, with snack bar and facilities. The Japanese restaurant at the hotel which is a grill style restaurant where you cook yourself, was limiting for a non meat eater. No sushi served.

Close to beach and conference centre. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Staff were very kind. Balcony very handy to dry clothes.

Extremely limited options for vegan at breakfast and lunch buffet, everything has dairy, egg or fish added, even soups and vegetables! I could only take from the salad bar which is the same everyday. Staff English is not sufficient at the reception and had to use a translator. Room a little small.

The hotel was lovely and staff were great. 24 laundry was very welcome. Food was excellent

Opening/Closing hoirs of the restaurants, barr and pools were not good,.. Especially as the options away from the hotel were limited. There was often nowhere to get a coffee or a snack during the day and nowhere to relax with in the evening. Closing off the lovely seating area inside was not helpful.

Nice big room, view on sea, swimming pool, very nice buffet breakfast where both japanese and occidental food are available Close to the convention center (perfect location when you have a conference there)

Location might not be very convenient to visit the all island unless you have a car.

Outstanding facilities (indoor & outdoor pools), but not many restaurants around the area (& the in-hotel restaurants were sparse, but the one that was open had good food). Our view and balcony were amazing and the room was very spacious & comfortable!

The 2 pools and the Onsen are great and the common areas of the hotel are very nice. The breakfast is very large with a lot of different options. The rooms are a good size with a nice view of the ocean. The location is good, being near the beach and roughly 15-20 minutes from Naha. There was a Family Mart acrossed the street, but the always seemed to be out of bento boxes. That was good for coffee and snacks, though.

The rooms don't have enough power outlets, one next to the beds and 2 on opposite sides of the room. Not ideal for someone who sleeps with a CPAP, but not a huge deal as i was able to use the one next to the bed for my machine and our 2 phones were on the other side to charge at night, just a little inconvenient. The bathrooms could use an update, it was clean but a bit dark and they look pretty outdated.

The breakfast was in Japanese style and in west style. Both were excelent, a lot of varity of food. The swimming pool was fine. The personal especially on the reception were very friendly and always helped us. It was possible understand in english. Super hotel and place....We take the bus 106 to the airport.

The room was very nice and comfortable with a good view and a pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom was clean with a good shower and bath. I had never stayed in a Japanese style room before and enjoyed the experience. The gardens and plaza were also pleasant to relax/work in and we had a great time on the top floor bar as well.

The dining facilities were quite crowded resulting in delays for getting a table (once for an hour). As we did not rent a car it was difficult to go to other dining options so this was somewhat troublesome. The bar on the upper floor was excellent but we almost missed it so it would be good to advertise a bit more.

Staff are all friendly and welcoming. facilities and room are a bit old but they are clean and in good condition. I tried the massage and facial and it was excellent!! breakfast is good with various selection. there is a beautiful beach within 15mins walk.

The staff is really nice and kind, it makes you feel really welcome. The hotel has very beautiful garden and the lobby is also quite amazing. The restaurant has pretty tasty food although it’s a bit pricy. The location is also pretty close to the town where you can explore different shops.

The rooms are clean but need a bit of renovation in my opinion.
