Amazing hotel. Room is spatious, with a living room, bedroom, and kitchen. Kitchenware and silverware are available upon request. Hotel is right next to a mall, a 24h supermarket, and a convenience store. We love the breakfast, and the buffet menu is different each day. The parking lot is large and no reservation is needed. Hotel staff members are also very friendly.

The bathtub design is a bit problematic--water accumulates around the tub whenever you shower. Can be slippery when stepping in and out of the tub. But the water dries up overnight, so as long as you're careful, this is not a deal breaker.

Nice view from the windows, especially from the two-bedroom suite. Free parking was convenient. There was a walking distance shopping mall (including supermarket) with everything we need. The food from the hotel restaurant was fine and convenient.

Most of Japanese hotels I've ever been always provided personal care products (e.g. face & body lotion, bath salt, hairband etc). This hotel only has the very basic things, shampoo/body wash.

Great room/studio with 2 beds with a balcony and a scenery look on the hotel's garden, bathroom with a scenery look on the hotel's garden which made my feel like being outside all the time. the room was spacious and I felt like living in a house. The breakfast was great with many healthy food options and the staff was extremely polite.

As usual in Japan, there is no trash bins in the room.

I loved my stay here. Facility was very clean, breakfast was great and staff members were phenomenal!

The location had a mall nearby and a nice restaurant across the street but area was very industrial.

We liked how convenient the hotel was placed to everything. The staff are very friendly, hotel and restaurant very good. The rooms are very spacious and lovely views. Our kids enjoyed the pool very much. Thank you for a great stay!

Perhaps if offering washing and drying facilities maybe provide a clothes drying rack in the rooms.

The buildings are older than I expected yet cozy and clean. It was like a service apartment more than a hotel.

Bathroom is a bit too small for a family that need to bath babies or toddler

What isn’t there not to like. The view is amazing. The grounds are an oasis. The rooms are great. The staff is amazing. The food is delicious.

Pool closes a little early

Lovely room, great location with beautiful ocean view. Nice pool. Close to the convention centre. Plenty of USB points for charging devices
