Great stay in Susukino, we stayed here for around 3 nights. Lots of great restaurants and shops in the area- we wanted to eat delicacies in sapporo like sapporo ramen, soup curry and pork bowl, and we could find all of these were within 10 mins walk from the hotel. The room was clean and the bathtub in the bathroom was very deep which was nice. Check in and check out was smooth, and staff were polite and helpful.

The hotel is about a few mins walk from susukino station and around 20 mins walk from sapporo station. Because a lot of the travel locations around sapporo are well connected to sapporo station, we ended up getting on at susukino station, and then changing at sapporo station after 2 stops to travel to these places which was a little annoying. However if you are more interested in exploring susukino it really is an excellent location. The 20 mins walk to sapporo station is fun too as you get to pass a lot of shops.

The location is great, and the price paid is well worth. The room is clean and the bath is good.

There are too few non-smoking rooms. For non-smokers, the smell of the smoking room is too strong.

Spacious room for the area, comfortable beds, humidifier helped keep the room comfortable during winter. Water bottles replenished everyday, and direct access to the downstairs 7-11 without even having to step outside. Staff (front desk and maintenance) was very friendly.

The window in the room was a swing open window with a turn handle to lock. However, the window seal isn't completely air-tight, allowing sound to come in from the streets. Opt to request a room facing away from the main street if you're a light sleeper.

Very convenient location right next to the station, close to restaurants and shopping as well! The rooms were well-sized and bathrooms had very good ventilation! Ample storage for the limited size, and had good bench space in the bathroom. It was also great to get fresh towels, amenities and water delivered on days where we asked for the room not to be cleaned. Great value for money as well! Highly recommended for Sapporo.

Nothing really to dislike - in peak periods the lifts were quite busy and we needed to wait for a bit. Lifts also have a weird rule where it has to stop on the lobby floor (but not a big issue). Check-in process requires you to talk to the staff and then collect keys from an automated machine (which can be a bit confusing).

I loved this hotel! It was well-located in the Susukino area (about 5 mins walk away) yet in the quieter part of the area so you wouldn’t hear the hustle and bustle of the streets. It was also 2 stops away from JR Sapporo station. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the most important part for me was the clean and huge rooms at a reasonable price. Not to mention they also give out their house made drip coffee!

Parking Garage is located next to hotel and making it very convenient for family traveling with cars.

The bathroom is small. When i booked the room, i thought i would get the room with bigger bathroom like we have got in the previous Daiwa Roynet Hotel in Nagoya. Obviously, there might be many room types to choose and the room photos didnt help much and very confusing.

Unlike competing chains (Toyoko Inn, APA), this one (or at least this location) did not use the super cramped all-in-one bathroom. It also had a chair and table set. So it was very roomy. It felt like a regular 4-star hotel at the price of a 3-star business hotel. The breakfast was also super excellent, using a coupon to an expert italian restaurant (but with great Japanese dishes too) -- lots of selections.

Location was convenient to buses, market, park and subway station. Room was comfortable - I booked for three people - three beds. We did not have breakfast at the hotel due to our dietary restrictions - not many vegetarian options (for the value) at the breakfast place.

I don't say i did not like but couple of vegetarian options at the restaurant would have been nice.
