The location was good far from Sapporo Station by walking not over 10minutes at Sapporo station underground walking street but the hotel is far from the Sapporo station exit 23(has an elevator) and 21(no elevator) only 3mins. I love the room floor plan, they have a partition to separate the entrance(when you open the door, on your left hand it will be the part to keeping the schooler, shoes and the closet which you can keep your jackets and clothes, has an iron board. And on your right hand will be the restroom. Then there is the partition between entrance and bed room zone. You know if some hotels don’t have partition between bedroom and restroom, sometime smell from the restroom will be coming in our bedroom.

This hotel doesn’t have onsen

The staff is wonderful. We've stayed here before about 7 years ago and we were so impressed with the friendliness of the reception desks as well as the restaurant staff that we chose to come here again for 2 more separate visits. The laundromat is great with its one stop wash and dry and I love the food choices and in room drip coffee.

I wish the rooms were bigger and that they offered an onsen. But the price is great for what you get so I can't really complain.

The Property is in good location close to some tourist places and also close to subways. They have lots of rules to follow but they communicated it well and also everything is written in English. They all written the instructions in everything like how to use tub, tv and etc. We also like the freebies tea, coffee and toiletries available at the reception area. You can grab whatever you need before you go up to your room.

Very good location, few minutes walk to subway station. There are few convenient stores nearby. Staffs are very polite and helpful. However, communication in English is very limited (but they still try). Breakfast is great not in variety but in quantity. Room is clean and beds are comfy

I'm not sure about how they clean the room as if I have not put the sign on the door they will come in and tidy up the bed but no coffee filling. However, when I put the sign on the door they will fill up coffee for me. the thing is I just want them to fill up coffee as I drink it everyday just that no need to clean the room. Anyway, heater seems too hot in the middle of the night which had to turned it off. But overall it is great place to stay. RECOMMENDED

Great location, staff were lovely, good breakfast, comfy room. Nice touch with chocolates on arrival. Also the option to use breakfast vouchers for lunch or dinner....we had a dinner as headed off early in the morning. The complimentary toiletries and drinks in the lobby another lovely initiative. We walked everywhere and stations close by.

The double bed was a little small in size otherwise a very nice room.

Standard room, was nice and clean, free razors and toiletries plus face masks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Really went out of their way to make me feel welcome

It was expensive and when I booked, when I looked later on it was cheaper that what I had paid but it was the snow festival so it was to be expected

Very convenient location, close to shops and subway station. Staff is very profession. The room is clean and spacious for Japan. Free consumables include beauty face masks, hair comb, cleaning cloths etc.

Would be great if the fridge is a bit bigger as we couldn't keep the fruit trays we bought in the fridge.

The location was good just 3 mins from exit23 with elevator, the bed was great, the room size was too big if compared with others and valuable.

The bathroom and the toilet will be great if separated. The heater need to take sometime for settle up the temperature and make all room warmer or colder as we want.(some conners was too hot but some corner still cold)

Location is perfect. easy access to Sapporo station and other attractive locations. Hotel staffs are very helpful. Especially Nozawa-san helped us a lot. Clean and convenient.

Western style breakfast might be sold out early. Breakfast time also finish at 9:30. For business trip its okay but for tourism purpose I think its early.

The room is consider big compared with the price I paid for other accommodations in Japan. The room is very clean and comfortable.

Some walking distant from the Sapporo Station but is reachable via underground path ways, can avoid the rain and traffics.
