I am from Thailand Stayed here and slept very well. I came to stay with a family of 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms here, or if there are more than 6 people should be select other type.There is 1 bathroom, 1 toilets, and the kitchen is very tiny. The living room area is very wide and have air-condition .There is a washing machine but no dryer. There is a convenience store nearby but don’t have free parking near. The check-in and check-out system is convenient.

The location was very convenient (only a 10 minute walk to the Sapporo station). The check-in process was smooth (digital), it was a mix of US and Japanese in my group and only the foreigners needed to take a photo of their passport. I was given my room number and the code at check-in, in the lobby. The rooms were very modern with a lot of space compared to other places- I stayed at the one with the 3 rooms and the total space felt like or more than 55m2. The bathroom and shower was separated, with the toilet having a bidet. The shower was also modern and new with HOT water. It was very quiet. I did not hear any of the other guests nor saw them until the day I was leaving. There is 1 small elevator enough to fit a baby stroller and 3 people. They had a separate heater in each room (but the one next to the living room with the pull doors shared the living room heater). They have a Fire (Amazon) TV with the local channels- code for admin to log into Netflix wasn't found (but it's 0000).

The main thing I did not like about this stay, was that, it seems the host account was hacked because I was sent an email from the host (phishing) to go to a fake Booking.com website to input my credit card information because my "card was declined". I contacted Booking.com about this issue. Host still contacted me after that with information on check-in (did they not see the previous message that was sent to me?) Would have been a 10. Aside from that, the place only came with 1 small and large towel per registered person. Bring an extension outlet, because all the plugs are far from any of the seating areas. They should include instructions for turning on the heater for water (for the entire apartment).

Not a bad location, just 10 minutes walk to sapporo station. Room was clean, all amenities were provided (detergent, shampoo). Glad that there were another heater provided aside from the air conditioning.

The wall were a little thin, It became a little noisy towards the last 2 days as there were guest/movement on the room on top of mine. Not too sure what they were doing as there were constant running and furniture moving noise.

It is walking distance from the sapporo train station. There is a convenience store opposite and many paid parking spots around the hotel for rental cars. There are ample space in the apartment and hanging spaces for clothes. It's a 3 bedroom and there are privacy as the doors can be closed. They have garbage pickup service which is greatly appreciated for longer stays!

Hygiene. The place is less clean than the other apartments I've stayed in japan. There were thick layers of dust on the light fixtures and the carpet don't seem vacuumed.

Apartment was well sized and a short walk from JR sapporo station. Area was quiet with carparks located across the road and also at the end of the block. It was also close to 7-11, Lawson as well as Toyota rent-a-car. Check in was fairly easy even though there ws no on-site reception. Washing machine in the apartment was definitely handy. Kitchen had a full sized fridge and was also well equipped for basic short stays. Bathroom was well sized with a bath and shower area.

The beds were not very comfortable and the bed in front room was terribly creaky.

Check in was easy. Place was clean and spacious. Easy access to Sapporo Station, rental car agencies. Can walk to many attractions and shopping malls in Sapporo.

Could have been more sound proof. could hear people upstairs walking around. Not good especially at night if you're a light sleeper. An electric kettle would have been better than the conventional one provided.

The property is and clean and tidy, the bathroom area is spacious with both shower area and bathtub area. It contains a big refrigerator and a big sink in case you want to prepare food in the property. We booked a three-bedroom type, contains 2 double bed and two sets of tatami.

The property provides cooking pot and frying pan, but The cooking pot is rather small in size, need to consider what to cook. The washing machine’s operation is rather unclear, will be better if owner can provide instruction card on how to operate.

Overall the apartment is clean. On a small note, hope that the cleaner of the apartment will take note. The headboard of the bed has storage space on the sides. We noticed some dust there, so it needs to be wiped down before we can put our things in it. Kitchen utensils, towels, etc are provided. Is convenient - location is nearby to Sapporo Station. By using the Sapporo subway, we use exit 23 to head back to PINN-N4E2Ⅱ.

It was super big for the price! Like a little apartment! It was a super dmooth online checkin and close to everything we needed! We didn't even need to take the subway once!

Even though the self checkin is veeery smooth, I personally miss talking a little bit to some staff or seeing anyone working but it wasn't a big issue, just something that I personally thought about :)

very well located and near Sapporo JR station. located near clock tower and Hokkaido university via 10 min walk. You can take the bus at JR station to Sapporo beer museum as well. Inside was quite comfortable.

The pillows did not have pillow covers, the wifi was spotty, you could hear the plumbing from other tenants, and it wasn't too well lit.
