I arrived slightly early and enjoyed the spacious atrium lobby while I waited to check in. The views from the lift into the atrium and from the windows at the corners of the floors were very nice. The view from the room was even better, overlooking the park as expected. Bed was comfortable.

Would have been nice to be able to leave my bags somewhere until check-in time instead of waiting with them in the lobby. Enjoyable as that was, I wanted to go outside to see the festival and get some food. The noise insulation for outside sound was not quite enough at night - the autumn festival was taking place in the park and the traffic crossing wardens whistles were audible every few minutes until they closed for the evening, which meant I could not get an early night.

Good location opposite to the park, short walking distance from Odori station, walkable distance to TV tower, clock tower, botanical gardens, shopping places. Very friendly staff, comfortable room, good coin laundry within hotel which wasn't busy. Self lockable left luggage area was available near the reception when we arrived earlier than expected. Tip: the closest exit from station is a narrow flight of steps, would suggest looking for an exit with an elevator if carrying a lot of luggage.

Very limited vegetarian options in breakfast, but egg omlettes and other dishes were available.

It's right across Odori Park; there's a convenience store beside it; it's still in the city center but not in the noisy/bustling part; rooms are not small (not that big either) but big enough to open 2 large luggages and fit an all terrain stroller; the rooms seem newly renovated; the floors are made of wood so I was not worried about allergies from carpet for my asthmatic kid; it's near the tv tower, nijo market, and stellar place mall; the atrium in the middle of the hallway was beautiful and made it look big; there were plenty of tables and chairs at the lobby café and it was spacious and high ceiling; it was a steal for that price

I wish drip coffee was provided in the room.

The inside of the hotel is gorgeous, with each floor having a walkway running the perimeter of the hotel with windows looking into the lobby, which has a courtyard that has ceiling spanning all the way up to the top floor. I booked a twin room that came with an impressive wide window and two armchairs perfect for admiring the view at any time of day.

I visited the breakfast buffet one morning, which I found to have plenty of options with fruit, pastries, breads, soups and hot foods, but my appetite was dulled by listening to a guest behind me loudly and openly coughing and realising there were no sneeze guards over the food.

Location was okay- not overly central but I guess the price reflects that. We had to walk a bit of distance to catch the underground to get to the main eateries, shopping areas, CBD. But if you go at the right time, such as time they do Ice sculptures in the park, the location would be ideal as the building is right across. Towels were changed daily and the place seems clean. Our room (top level with Tatami set up) is reasonably set up and equipped with all necessary amenities. Bed was comfortable to my liking. Our room booking includes breakfast for entire stay - quite a selection although it could be better if they do change menu/ varieties during the week.

Room size was okay for 4 people but ideally to have more drawers to store clothes. We ended up leaving one suitcase opened for easy access to change of clothes. Once the tatami is set up, you can't really use the table unless you sit at either end of the table. There is no Airport shuttle bus stop outside of this hotel. We had to walk 3 blocks (took about 6-8 minutes with suitcases). Slight hassle when travel in winter as the road could be icy and slippery.

I liked that I was one block from the ice festival and the main shops. You could store luggage on their cable tie system. It’s a no frills place. Eg amenities are an available free downstairs. There was an ice machine and vending machine with microwave available in a shared space. Very slippery on the ice. Highly suggest buying the spikes for your shoes at DONKI. Rubber soled apres ski boots didn’t have any grip.

It wasn’t clear where breakfast was or if it was included when I checked in. If you are very tall then the bed is more like a double bed and it might be not long enough.

It’s a fairly decent place. I stayed there for three nights and did not opt for breakfast with my stay. The lobby is huge and while minimal, it looks rather pretty, with the fairy lights and flowers. The staff at the reception desk is very nice and super helpful too! The rooms are rather small but designed to maximise space utilisation. Free toiletries are reception for you to take, along with beverage sachets that you can use. Note that there was only green tea and oolong tea sachets to take, no coffee. I don’t recall seeing dressing gowns/pyjamas for me to use in the room, but they would provide fresh towels every single day. But note that they do not provide free umbrellas for you to take for the day. Every other place I stayed at in Japan did that. They do have umbrellas but you have to shell out 100 yen for it. Regarding the location, it’s a bit far from the train station, to be honest. It took me around 20 mins with luggage to walk to my hotel. That said, it’s rather close to many sightseeing places so that’s a win. I have no complaints as such, except like what other reviews mentioned, the air conditioning/heating is a bit off. I was there in November and while it was almost freezing outside, it would get very hot in the room at night in my blanket but kind of cold without my blanket. But all in all, for the price that I paid, it was a pretty good deal (except the fact that my ice cream melted, it was in my room’s freezer)

Just along the side of Odori Park which is virtually the central park of Sapporo where the clock tower is at your view point along the road. 3 or 4 streets from the heart of Sapporo, silent but not too far away, suitcase carriers should take the Exit 4 for the lift to come to the surface to prevent taking the heavy suitcases from the Exit 1. From the JR exit, you still need to go across 3 streets to get there.

Huge room, laminate flooring instead of carpetb(yay!), nice layout with bathroom in area separated from the main room with a sliding door. Breakfast buffet had good choices. Location was across Ōdōri Park, Airport Limousine stop and Odori station within easy walking distance.

When I first entered the room it was warm & stuffy. I closed the curtains as the afternoon sun was shining in and adjusted the a/c. When I came back after being out for a couple of hours it was still warm so I went to the front desk. They said Hokkaido is cold (temp around 60 degrees at that time) so the a/c/ is off. Suggested I open the window. I told them it was uncomfortable so they brought a fan to my room which was a big help.

We love staying at this hotel, the location was perfect, the nearest station was nishijuitchome. The staff so nice kind and helpful. The room always clean, and spacious, and they provide clean towels everyday, thankyou. We would love to comeback and stay at this hotel if we come again to sapporo. It tooks 10 minute walk from sapporo tv tower, rather far for us, but maybe for those who love to walk it was not too far.
