The architecture and interior design of the hotel was superb. They used only, black, white and gray. Minimalistic design but I liked it so much. Hotel put me on the highest floor. Room was really big! It had so much space, not typical in Japan! My first time to see a hotel with a tablet instead of a phone. Amenities inside the room and bathroom were great, except the TV because everything was in Japanese. Very clean. They also gave welcome drinks. Free coffee and ice cream during the day. Lady at the reception was really nice. I think her name was Miu.

Breakfast was a bit expensive. Hotel was a few blocks away from the main road. It is located between Odori and Susukino, so you really need to take note of the nearest exit from train station. On your first day, it would be a bit confusing.

I liked the service, room size, and pricing for all things included. In the service we got 2 free drinks at the bar as well as the vanilla soft serve ice cream was fantastic by itself, but we used the coffee machine to make our own Affogato (it was lovely). They also held our bag AFTER checkout so we could enjoy the city a bit more before we departed which was kind of them.

The room comes with a tablet device that sits in the middle of the room overlooking everything. While I know its probably not in use, the device features a camera that is not covered, and this lead me to have to cover it myself with the "no smoking" sign. Tablets that have cameras should be blocked for peace of mind and I recommend switching to tablets with less hardware.

Value for money espectially during the Sapporo snow festival where other hotel prices have skyrocketed. Clean and comfortable room. Nice location next to Odori Park and in a walk-able distance from Susukino district and even JR Sapporo. Smooth check-in and check-out.

The room decoration was dark so it might be difficult to thoroughly clean and spot the dirts.

The Location is great - 5 mins walking to Oodori Park, the spot of Sapporo Ice Festival 2024 and 3 mins walking to Tanukikoji Shoping Area

The Lobby area is too small and full of lugages and no chair for guests to wait or even stand. The Staffs quite good & helping - we are arrived when the hotel is fully booked and a bit difficult to add room even for only for 1 room - but the receptionist guys really helping us and at the end we got 1 more room

Rooms are bigger than usual hotels in Japan. Clean. Staff are very helpful. Free coffee and ice cream at certain times.

Only minor things. Room interior is black and lights were a bit dim so room can be a bit dark. No laundry area.

The location was very central, and the rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable. We had an amazing view as well. The girls at the reception were super nice, and a definite plus is that they offer free coffee in the lobby.

Located near the Tanukikoji covered shopping street. There's an airport shuttle that stops a few streets from the hotel which makes it very convenient. Odori Park and Odori station are just a few blocks away. The room was spacious. Hotel staff really friendly, responsive and helpful.

too few electrical sockets when you simultaneously need to charge gadgets.

The breakfast items vs the price is not a good value even the taste is good

Close to Odori Park as our visit was the Yuki Matsuri. It was nice to have the option to purchase breakfast buffet on a daily basis. They also provided free coffee and soft serve from 6am - 6pm as well as a welcome drink every night we were there.

The young lady who checked us in knows how to speak English very well. She is very friendly and helpful. She helped us to solve the problem with our pocket WiFi by calling to the Japan wireless office and troubleshooted for us. We really really appreciated!!!
