Nice quiet and comfortable! Convenient location too!

Somehow did not get a good sleep, both my wife and myself was waking in the middle of the night a few times. Maybe it was due to we were not familiar with aircon settings which led to the bed too warm if fully covered with blanket and too cold when not fully covered. No variety for Breakfast, all 3 days are exactly the same too!

The staff were simply fantastic. They went above and beyond as hotel staff. My group met with an accident involving our vehicle and were not sure of the process. The staff promptly helped us call the rental company to explain the situation and relayed the rental company's instructions in English to us, thereby acting as a translator. They also assisted to make a police report, which is needed for any vehicular accident in Japan.

It's not within the Furano city center and the nearest convenience stall (Lawson) is a short 6min walk away

It was located at the base of the Fuano ski hill, everything was walkable and there were multiple choices for food nearby. There was a nice public bath on the property with very hot water which is perfect after a day of skiing. The breakfast was very nice with both Japanese and western choices. We chose to make a reservation to eat at the hotel one evening, it was a lovely meal that the chef took great care in preparing. It was definitely one of the nicest meals we had while in Japan! There was a fun international crowd of skiers.

The hotel is new, had a great lounge where we could relax after a day of sightseeing, and there was a also public bath where one can soak. Overall, it was great in terms of facilities. But what really impressed is the friendliness of the staff in particular Yuka-san, who was very nice to talk to and shared with us some pretty interesting recommendations around the area.

The location of the hotel is a little hard to get to without a car. There is also only one lift.

Great location for our skiing at the Kitanomine Zone. The room was spacious and cosy and we absolutely enjoyed the breakfast and public bath everyday. The building seems quite new. Will stay here again if we go back to Furano.

Water from the tap in the ensuite bathroom is not heated.

Almost everything. Particularly the coffee and tea station at the lobby. Lots of variety to bring the Barista out of you! Took us almost 15 min to grind the beans, make the coffee. Instructions provided. Was a nice activity before we sat at the outdoor porch to enjoy the coffee. Or, can grab a quick coffee from the Expresso machine also just there. There was a simple onsen too.

The hotel room is amazing large and well equipped. Very clean.

Front of the hotel does not have the area for car dropping the Languages. We have to park at the side of the hotel and it also has slope.

Went in the winter and there were hardly any options to travel if one doesn’t rent a car. The staff can help you book a taxi but it isn’t always convenient and cheap

Great clean rooms. Breakfast was excellent value. Loved the public Onsen. Very close to ski lifts. Drying room for ski gear a little cramped. Otherwise would recommend highly.

- Well situated, beautifully presented, creatively decorated and brilliantly run. - Lovely, modern sento/ ofuro bath. - Great atmosphere, lots of free space, perfect lighting in the rooms and general areas. - Fast wifi with an access point in each room. - Free coffee, fruit juice and local wine were all very much appreciated. - Bar/ restaurant and lounge is nicely spread out and each table is shielded with separators. - Close to multiple restaurants and combinis. - The friendliest and most helpful staff displaying true Omotenashi. - Amazingly comfortable bed and choice of pillows. - Great bathroom and good water pressure even on 3rd floor.

- Hard to find anything wrong with Munin, but perhaps the opening hours for the sento/ ofuro could be slightly increased. - The pyjamas and slippers may not fit anyone over a Japanese L size.
