Rooms are small in size but very smartly arranged giving you everything you need for a trip to Tokyo. Shower had a rainfall shower and was amazing after long days exploring! We arrived gone midnight and the check in process was very speedy and easy, it’s around 25 mins to Haneda Airport (£40-50 one way). Washing machine service was brilliant, free ice cream machine which is very tasty and plenty of free toiletries at reception if and when needed. Close to subway station and only a few stops from Shinjuku and Shibuya so location is perfect. 7Eleven and Lawson on the same road and both 24hrs for any of your needs. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Great central location, but still quiet. There were lots of amenities, like tooth brushes, microwave oven, even ice cream offered for free in the entrance lounge, together with some drinks, which were for free. Roppongi is the nightlife quarter of Tokyo, but it was still rather quiet here. There are plenty of restaurants in the area.

The air conditioner had it's own mind: I set it not to blow down on the bed, but it changed in the middle of the night. The location of the air conditioner also made it impossible to cool down the "living room" part of the room.

Great location, easy access to the metro system, friendly staff, very silent, great value. If you have a budget and you’re just looking for a place to sleep in Tokyo, I believe this will be a perfect choice.

Room is surprisingly small, although the layout is very well designed. The hotel does not offer house cleaning during the stay, only offer exchange of towels. But this is not a problem to me as I usually do not let the housekeeper do the cleaning until I check out anyway.

Small business hotel, that covered all my needs. This is for (business) travelers who look for a simple but efficient setup. Rooms are small but cosy. Internet worked great and location was ideal for my purposes as I worked in Roppongi area.Check in was very easy and staff are great. Unlimited free coffee pods is a very nice touch for us caffeine driven morning persons. The hotel met my expectations and I will come back for my next travels.

The only thing I noticed is the daily barbecue smell from the restaurant just beside it, so sometimes in the evenings the rooms smelled a bit meaty.

- Staff were very attentive, on arrival we were able to leave our bags while we went out to get accustomed with the area. When we accidentally locked our safe, one of the lovely English speaking staff was able to help us retrieve our belongings. The room was quite small in size, and as we were staying for two weeks we had to do a bit of luggage Tetris(!) but served us well. We had a weekly cleaning service on Tuesdays, and when our bin was full we were able to leave it outside of the room door whereby it was removed quickly. Wi-Fi worked perfectly and the coffee machine in the room was a much needed help for our early morning starts. The hotel offers free ice cream, as well as a nice selection of manga which we made sure to make use of when returning to the hotel after our days out! Location was great, near the main street so we had lots of options for food and travel connections via the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and Toei Subway Line.

We unfortunately didn't get to experience the rooftop bar as when we went up it didn't seem open, however this may have been due to us visiting in the winter. Taking the wrong exit at Roppongi station did give us some trouble finding the hotel as it is slightly tucked away off the main road.

Love the modern facilities. The room may be very small but still comfortable. Their bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The towels are very plush and luxurious. Love the free amenities that you can help yourself with. Most convenient location (only a 2 minute walk to Roppongi Station on the Hibiya line), it's close to everything. Their cool rooftop bar. Most importantly, the free ice cream which is a blessing and relief on a hot and humid day.

Location was exceptional. There was manga (in Japanese) to read and an ice cream machine in the lobby! The area is busy, but the rooms are still quiet.

I wish my room had a bath, but there was only a shower. The room and bathroom were pretty small, although that wasn’t necessarily a big problem.

I loved everything about this hotel - from the room, customer service and even the free facilities such as the ice-cream machine! I stayed here for 9 days for a work trip and it certainly did not disappoint. The room was a bit small, but this is understandable as most hotel rooms are small in Tokyo. The bed was big enough to be comfortable and they provided 2 pillows which was great. There was sufficient lighting, a nice small table with a mirror to do your work and an excellent standing shower which I felt was much better than the usual bathtubs in most hotels. During my stay, I lost my wallet and reported it to the police station. As they were unable to contact me directly, they informed the hotel that they found my wallet (wow!) and the hotel staff informed me via the TV service to remind me to collect it at the station itself. In all, they were always there to help in all situations (losing my room card, extending my check out time for a small fee, helping with my wallet etc). Location was perfect as well. It was located at Roppongi which is one of the main hubs in Tokyo - only 3 mins walking distance from the Hibiya line of Roppongi (H04). There were 2 convenience stores directly outside the road leading to the hotel, which I used almost everyday to get my essentials. Bonus: I never knew having free ice-cream was something I needed, so when I found out that the hotel had a free soft-serve ice-cream machine catered for guests, I took advantage of that everyday! Not a gamechanger but this was a really nice incentive. 10/10 would recommend anyone looking for a convenient and cosy place to stay in Tokyo!

Room may a bit small for travellers that may be particular about space, but if you are fine with just a walking space from the door to your bed, this should be fine for you. Perfect for solo travellers!
