Very nice hotel, big room with large bathroom including own laundry. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The location is slightly removed but in just a few minutes walk there are plenty of restaurants and the metro station.

The room was large by Japanese standards and generally comfortable and there were plenty of outlets for charging. The hotel's location is great, the staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was surprisingly good. We had expected to go out for dinner but it was raining hard so we ate at the hotel restaurant and were very pleased with the food. The wine pours were generous.

Also, the part of the room with the beds had very little light other than small reading lights.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the lighting in the room is dim. This is a design choice for ambiance, and it really pulls the room together, so we enjoyed it. Everything, from the room to the common areas, is clean and thoughtfully designed. This made the hotel a very comfortable place to retire to after a day of crazy crowds. Also, the hotel is in a quiet area, about a 10 minute walk from "downtown" Roppongi and the nearest subway. For me this is a positive but other travelers may be looking for even more convenience. There is lots of good food in the immediate area surrounding the hotel, if you know where to look.

The breakfast was high-quality but limited and repetitive. We only ate it a couple times before we got tired of it. This is fine because the nearby Family Mart is actually great for breakfast, plus we had a minifridge so we could pick up an outside breakfast from the night before. Also, the bar was seemingly never open. I typically like a night cap at the end of the day, but we didn't get the opportunity.

We stayed in the Four Cube room, which was a very efficiently laid-out space. Tastefully decorated too. The breakfast was nice. The hotel has the benefit of being close to a lot of good bars for a late drink. Lots of conbinis nearby too.

The shower is designed in such a way that, no matter where you point the shower head or maneuver the curtain, water will always pool at the back and spill onto the floor—thus soaking the bathmat which will remain sopping wet all day.

I moved here with my family to stay temporarily while my wife recovered from covid. I loved the convenience of the location, as it is close to Roppongi but a little bit of a walk which meant that it was never too crowded. The staff were all very professional and friendly and knowing that they all spoke decent English was a comfort as my parents both only speak English. The breakfast was included and great in terms of selection. My mother even went out in search of the bakery that supplies this hotel with its bread. We also had dinner here and that was very comfortable, delicious, and satisfactory as well.

There's nothing really easy to do to change this, but the studio-style room that I was staying in has a ledge that connects the living area and the sleeping area. The ledge is a little high and precariously close to the bed. I can see moving around in the dark being quite dangerous, especially if this was with children or older people. Other than that, there is nothing really to complain about at all.

The staff are really friendly and welcoming and the hotel is well located near the ginza area. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of choices and options to cater to all tastes. We decided to upgrade our room as the original one we had booked was too small and the staff were really nice about that and got us in to a new room asap.

The location is excellent to explore nearby sightseeing areas such as Roppongi, Aoyama and the museums around. If you like jazz, there are many great clubs within walking distance.

From the pictures it seemed as if this hotel as big, but it wasn't. It is a small establishment with an excellent bar and restaurant and a tiny library room beautifully decorated, but small and cosy. The images on booking give you a totally different perception. I loved staying here, though. It had everything I needed and beyond.

Amazing design hotel with 5star personnel, cleannes, comfort & equipment. Also breakfast was out of this world. I would come again and again and again! Roppongi is a very good starting point to get know the real Tokyo. Not in a classsic touristic way.

For an avarage caucasian the space is a lil bit small but still ok.

The staff was amazing, even with our language barrier. There was always someone available to speak English, and they staff was sooooo accommodating. Setting up reservations for us, calling cabs, you name it... they were on point. We were there for 8 days as a home base in Tokyo and couldn't have been happier with our choice.

The hotel is well placed at Roppongi, walking distance to good restaurants as well as sight-seeing activity. The room was quiet. Own garage was very important for me and the staff was really helpful in everything.
