Basically, everything was advertised as expected so my expectations were managed well re room size (15 square meters). Room was clean and cleaned everyday. Location is very good: near blue bottle coffee (5 minute walk), near the park (5 minute walk), diagonally across Tokyo Midtown, and near the metro station (5 minute walk from roponggi station), Near Don Quixote (10 minute walk). Location very very good. At first I didn't like the thought of the massage chair in the room (as it takes up space in the tiny room) but it was welcomed after going around Tokyo. It relieved aches and pains. Free wifi. As a background re other hotels and resorts we stayed in previously from luxury to budget: Aman Resorts, Ritz Carlton, Armani Hotel, Mandarin Oriental , Shangrila Hotels to mid price chains. Remm was good for a budget option in terms of cleanliness. Of course we don't expect 5 star and luxury service and amenities for the price of Remm.

The elevator kept stopping at the 4th floor (check-in). I dont know reason for this but for sure the is a logical one. Very minor issue. Also no ice dispenser in my floor but again minor. I wish there are options for bigger rooms for 3 people (we traveled as family: grandmother, mom and child) so we had get two rooms while we prefer staying together (even if we have to pay more for one room). We love each other's company.

Really good location just 100 meters from Roppongi Station, but in high floors you cannot hear or be bothered by the hustle and bustle of the city. Great bathroom and free amenities in case you show up directly from Roppongi nightlife.

The room is compact and maybe even small for westerner gaijins like us, but we travelled with hand luggage trolleys only and try to keep our stuff in order, so it was not a problem, but if you show up with two fat suitcases you are in trouble. And please hotel management please put some coat hooks on the wall…

We loved our stay here. The room was a good size. Loved the breakfast yummy. Great location!

Our original room was not cleaned well. We complained and were moved promptly to a spotless room.

The view was really amazing, you could see the neighbourhood and the lit up Tokyo Tower looks amazing from bed. Breakfast was good, had a lot of variety on the Japanese style, not so much on western style. The massage chair was ok, but it takes space. The room is quite small (we knew this as it is clearly mentioned in the description), but we did manage to open both our suitcases (we had soft shell ones, so takes less space oepend than hard cases). Due to the large window, the lighting in the morning was great for make-up. They even provided a small make-up mirror which was great!

The elevator stops every time on the 4th floor (where the reception is). Every time!! Going up or down. When we checked in the room and hallways smelled strongly of bleach/cleaning products. Even though it shows that the rooms were cleaned thoroughly, the smell was nauseating, especially since you can not open the window.

The position is perfectly in the middle of all the important things to see in Tokyo. Note that only a few things are walking distance from each other in this city, however, this hotel is conveniently positioned on the Hibya metro line and in the middle of the main attractions. Plus you can find everything you need around. The rooms are very clean and well organized. I liked the automated check-in and check-out machines cause they are very efficient.

Rooms are not big, but this is very normal in Tokyo. I was a bit surprised when we asked the staff to use a vacuum cleaner to seal some vacuum bags while packing our luggage and they refused to land one to us for 5 minutes, they didn't explain the reason it didn't feel very warm.

First up, the location is great. Really close to the metro station, coffee shops, convenience stores and restaurants. The view from the hotel was amazing with the Tokyo Tower, especially in the evening when it's lit up. The staff were lovely and helpful. Even though the hotel is affordable, it's got a very elegant feel to it. I loved the rainfall shower in the bathroom. It comes out with such force as well. I had fantastic showers in the morning wheel enjoying the view! Bathroom is behind glass so you can look out of the window while showering or sitting on the toilet. There are blinds you could draw for some privacy but I didn't as I was staying by myself. Just to mention, I have noticed a lot of people calling these rooms small. This room was decently sized in my opinion. Try staying in one of those cramped APA Hotels in Tokyo! I switched hotels halfway and after staying in a cramped room, I always cried in happiness when I arrived at the Remm. The hotel offers a wide variety of amenities including an ice machine and laundry services as well was a massage chair in your room. It would really good to get a quick chair massage in each night. My back help so much better! I would definitely stay here again and the Roppongi area is very pleasant and nice to wander around in.

Just two things. The pillows were so thin. Please opt for bigger, fluffier pillows. I got a neck ache the first night after sleeping on the pillows but the massage chair helped! Secondly, the carpet was stained and look a little old. Despite this, I would definitely stay there again.

The room was nicely decorated and very modern, had a fantastic shower, and the massage chair was amazing at the end of the day. By Tokyo standards and at the price point, the room was a good size. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked great so the room was always comfortable. Checking in and out was painless and speedy. Next to a Hoshino Coffee and super close to a Seven and the station. Roppongi can be rowdy at night but no outside sounds could be heard in the room.

There was just one pillow per person on the bed, a Japanese style one with the beans in the bottom. It was fine and nice on the neck but I’m used to fluffier pillows.

Very clean, lovely staff, and spacious shower with great water pressure! Loved the massage chair in the room and plenty of tea and coffee. Lots of eateries around and very close to the metro.

You can’t open the window so need to rely on air conditioning. Fortunately not an issue for us but the bathroom definitely isn’t soundproof so make sure you’re very comfortable with anyone you’re sharing with. Also wouldn’t suit people travelling with a lot of or very big luggage.

Although the room is quite small, the bed is comfortable. It is plain and simple. Everything is clean. The shower is a good size and has good water pressure. Check-in and out are very easy. The staff is helpful. The hotel is 1/2 block from the Roppongi train station. There is a Family Mart and a pharmacy very close by. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance. A good value for the money.

I would recommend taking out the massage chair as it takes up room better served for either a small chair or for luggage.

The hotel was perfect - clean, friendly, new, comfortable, quiet. I chose the location because of work convenience, but I'm not the biggest fan of the Roppongi area (but that's a very personal opinion). Having said that, the hotel is very convenient to several subway exits that connect easily to wherever you want to be. I'd have no problem recommending the this hotel. There is a good selection of restaurants in the near area and if you enjoy nightlife, even better.

As I said above, the hotel was great, it's just that I find Roppongi less interesting than other areas around Tokyo.
