My stay at APA Hotel Nihombashi was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were incredibly serene and spotlessly clean, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the city chaos. Being conveniently located near popular attractions was a huge plus, making it easy to explore the area. The hearty breakfast served was a delightful start to each day, and I must commend the restaurant staff for their unwavering helpfulness throughout my stay. APA Hotel Nihombashi truly exceeded my expectations, providing a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers alike!

While my experience at APA Hotel Nihombashi was generally positive, I did encounter some challenges when trying to communicate with the reception staff in English. Despite their best efforts, there were moments of difficulty in conveying my needs and inquiries effectively. However, I must acknowledge their patience and willingness to assist, albeit with occasional language barriers. For non-Japanese speaking guests, this could pose a minor inconvenience.

the property was great. super clean. the room itself was pretty cozy but bigger than other hotels I’ve stayed in Japan (could actually open luggage in the room) the best part were the beds being really comfortable and the black out blinds. bathroom is small but enough.

the reception was lit up really nice but when u got to ur room level the lighting was really dim and kinda scary lolol. the random balcony in the middle of each level was also interesting. would appreciate a sign or something that allows guests to neither have their rooms cleaned or amenities supplied. I appreciated the amenities but the bags built up overtime and the one time we wanted our room cleaned they didn’t remove the extra bags which is bothersome since the room is not super big.

The location was almost perfect. There are about 3 subway stops all within about a 10 minute walk. I was practically a 30 minute subway ride from almost anywhere in the city. Even when I wanted to walk, places like Tokyo Station or Akihabara were only about a 20~30 minute walk. Also, I didn't buy from him, but there was a man outside every weekday selling lunchboxes and onigiri which was nice.

On a few days, the wifi would cutout for a few hours. I assume it wasn't just those few time I happened to experience either. It wasn't a big issue, but in a foreign country with little to no data, having my wifi cutout was inconvenient at the very best.

Location is excellent: quiet enough at night, close to plenty of stations, all kind of restaurants around, and incidentally also many clothing shops with fair prices. Rooms seems slightly larger than the very tiny average from the APA chain. Otherwise quite standard APA, rather good.

While most APA hotels have a very Japanese buffet breakfast, the breakfast at this hotel gives only 4 ready-made options in the restaurant downstairs vaguely Hawaï-inspired, and one drink (choose wisely if you prefer orange juice or coffee ))))

Hotel few minutes walk from the Shinjuku and Asakusa line (same for both Narita and Haneda airports) and few cornershop. Room is small but comfortable, it also has a table and chair. It was ok with 2 suitcases, there is extra storage space under the bed. The hotel provides also the clothes refreshener spray. Bathroom is also small but functional. Breakfast was in the poke restaurant next door (direct access from the lobby) and it consisted of a plate of pancakes with filling of choice and a drink. I could store my luggage both before check in and after check out. APA is always a good choice!

The property was well maintained and was very nice when coming in. The facilities were very good and the staff were very friendly, as we only spoke english there was abit of a language barrier, however the staff members were extremely helpful with one being able to communicate with my in complete english which was very helpful when I was trying to send my luggage to my next hotel.

The only inconvenience about the hotel was that they only gave one key card per room, usually this would be fine but as I was going with friends, we came and went a lot separately so having one card was abit annoying.

PRICE: APA Hotel is known for its affordable accommodations and I was really glad I was able to book a room for the price that I paid. Tokyo hotels are usually pricey so getting this room was such a great deal! LOCATION: The hotel seems to be in a residential area so it's pretty quiet. There is a nearby subway station to get to Shinjuku. There is also JR line within walking distance I believe. For people who love walking, I think it's possible to walk all the way to Tokyo Skytree. Around the hotel, there are convenience stores and fast food chains. ROOM: The room where I stayed was quiet and the size was good enough for one person. I've stayed in other APA Hotels and this was kind of similar to the other branches. There is no proper closet so please be aware of this especially if you have plenty of stuff. MATTRESS: The bed was quite firm. It's perfect for me because I like this kind of bed. ROOM AMENITIES: In addition to the usual amenities, I liked it that there were power outlets at the bed headboard. There was also a paper crane origami which I thought was really kind and thoughtful. STAFF: The staff at the reception when I checked in was very helpful. They were friendly and smiled a lot.

These are not complaints but jut to give info to other guests. (これは文句ではないです。ただのコメントだけです。) 1. The subway station is nearby but if you have luggage, make sure to ask which exit has the elevator. 2. I'm sure it was an oversight and I'm not too bothered by it. I noticed some kind of stain on my bedsheet. I asked the staff to replace the bedsheets and they acted promptly. 3. There are 2 (or more?) APA hotels within the same block so please make sure you're at the right branch.

I like the location as it was situated in between 3 different subway metro lines. There are many APA hotels located all over the country or Tokyo. So choose whichever that suits your travel schedule. I chose this location because it was quiet at night reason being it was in the business district. But I like the quietness. Most people would stay at Shinjuku, Shibuya etc. It was not my first trip to Tokyo hence the different location choice. I have stayed at Roppongi, Asakusa, Shinjuku and Shibuya previously. There is a direct local train to Haneda and NRT. Lastly, the bed was comfortable!

As we didn't have a local number, we needed to make reservations for certain high end restaurants. However, the hotel staff did not want to help and said that they could not do so. I have stayed at many hotels (mid-range and luxury ones) and most of the time the hotel staff will help with such request. I stayed for 9 nights and made the request on the first day. But it was turned down. Nonetheless, everything else was fine. Except the small room which we could not open 2 large luggage. That is expected for such hotels in Japan.

You get alot of amenities in the room. There's a hair dryer, bath towels, slippers, bath robes, bathroom amenities. I love how even if I didn't want our room cleaned, the housekeeping were kind enough to leave extra towels and bathroom amenities outside our door. The location is very close to akihabara, about a 20minute walk. My fiance and I walked regularly instead of taking train just because we wanted to see more of the city. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood and there are small market type clothing stalls around. The vibe was very nice and more residential compared to when we stayed at Asakusa. There is a train station close by and the line itself we found didn't get too crowded. If you're looking to do alot of shopping 🛍️, I recommend staying more towards Shinjuku or Shibuya though. Since this location was 30-60mins train ride from Shibuya and Shinjuku which can be tedious if you have to stand in a crowded train during peak hours. We didn't get breakfast but there was a man in front selling morning bentos which was perfect for us. Otherwise, there's a few cafes around there as well as a starbucks about 10min walk away. The staff was accommodating and helped us transport our luggage from the hotel to the airport
