The staff was very helpful and respectful my whole stay, the breakfast was made fresh daily and delicious, and they did a great job at keeping my room well stocked with amenities (full sizes of conditioner, shampoo, and body wash). The bed was also comfy 😊. The hotel was minutes from the train station.
There was a hard water smell coming from the bathroom when I arrived and periodically throughout my stay. The room was definitely on the smaller side, big enough for one person but definitely felt cramped at times.

Being right next to a JR train station was very good. My room was stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I'm not sure if other hotel chains also practice the eco-style room cleaning, but I appreciated having it.
I didn't notice until my 3rd day, but my room got dusty faster than I expected. I think this is due to being so near the road, as well as the fact that I opened my window in autumn to cool down the room. It's not the hotel's fault, and I did notice that after room cleaning there was a noticeable improvement, so conversely, it proves that they clean thoroughly enough.

The location was excellent. Near metro/subway and you had all the 7/11, Lawson and supermarkets nearby. Easy to get to and from different neighborhoods in Tokyo. Just 2 stops from Tokyo station and we had the JR Pass and it worked the whole way to Bakurocho station. Safe and quiet and easygoing, perfect for us as a family with a small child. If you like to party maybe another place/neighborhood is better. If you like walking it was possible to walk to Asakusa. The breakfast was mostly asian style, with 4 different set menus to choose from. Everything was good and friendly staff, especially at the restaurant where the breakfast was served.
Nothing! We loved everything.

1. friendly and kind staff 2. cleaness 3. plentiful amenities 4. great facilities such as microwave, vending machine for drinks, irons, information guide on tv, light buttons in bed etc. 5. well organized service 6. convenient location to many subway stations 7. a baggage tag/receipt to prevent loss 8. delicious and nutrient breakfast - japanese meal with a reasonable price
1. a bit complicated to use tap water on the bathroom sink 2. difficulty controlling water pressure 3. small and narrow places to open wide the large suitcases and take a shower 4. lack of detailed description on some service on tv such as massages and so on 5. unavailability of watching foreign channels with original languages - all spoken language was made in japanese only. 6. a few receptionists were in lack of english skills so i had to keep using google translate and confirm whether they understood my words.

It has a lot of amenities and give a new one everyday. So I didn’t get worried about lacks of stuffs like toothpaste, and shower towel. And its location is very good, close to Tokyo Station, Shinjuku and other cities in Tokyo. And you can go to Narita Airport , riding sky access with no transfers. Furthermore I’m not good at speaking Japanese but the staffs there spoke English and Korean and they were so kind. The next of the hotel is construction site but I couldn’t hear any noises. In overall, it was a really good hotel. Thanks for their kindness.

The room is equipped with everything you might need, they even have pajamas! housekeeping on a daily basis unless you ask not to and then they just leave you a bag by the door with clean towels and other products. Location is GREAT! I arrived from Narita International Airport, I took the Keisei Narita Skyaccess to Higashi-Nihombashi station and walked for few minutes, easy, simple. Within minutes walk, there are also the S and the A lines that will take you to many touristic areas and main stations. Restaurants and convenience stores within 2 minutes walk. The hotel is located in a very nice area, felt very safe to walk alone at night. Hotel staff are very nice, welcoming and willing to help.
There was no washing machine in the building, the nearest laundromat is few minutes walk from the hotel.

Great hotel with just what travellers need. Even though the room is small but the location is great and it’s Tokyo. Great value. One of the few hotels that have a decent price for Friday and Saturday night, when most hotels triple their rate.
The building next door is being demolished, it’s a project that will go into 2024 so be aware that you will definitely hear noise from early morning during the weekdays. Not great choice if you need to recover from jet leg. There is also no lobby area so nowhere to sit, but not a big issue.

It’s clean and it’s cheap. The location is great, as it’s only a few meters away from the train station. There were outlets all over the room which was great.
The AC was either really cold, or really warm. You can adjust the temperature controls, but I don’t think it made any difference. So you either freeze or you to turn it off, but then it becomes hot and uncomfortable. The shower was very cramped. I’m a small girl, but my elbows would hit the wall a lot while I’m taking a shower.

Easy check in. Complimentary bottled water per person on the first day. Fresh towels daily. Pajamas provided. Clean.
The bathrooms were clean but there was a raggy/sewage water smell coming out of the pipes. It gets worse everytime the toilet flushes. You would smell it in other parts of the room whenever the bathroom door was open. As someone who is sensitive to smells, this was a big downside. Everything else was great.

Extremely helpful staff, close and convenient vicinity to several metro/train stations, making navigating around Tokyo easy. Area was supersafe and quite quiet at nighttime (so no party area). Special thanks for exceptional, daily housekeeping. Really happy with my stay here!
Rooms are compact, so perfect for one person… might be a bit crammed for two, especially if you have a lot of luggage with you. Worked out perfectly for me and I stayed over a week, but I was alone :)
