The room was, great every day we received fresh towels and kimonos. Also location was even better than we thought very close to metro and combinis and local izakayas - great place. Walking distance was to Asakusa and Akihabara. We've tried a breakfast once It was delicious, fish bowl of rice and some miso soup and couple veggies - (just once cause we've wanted to try more places but the local restaurant is really worth trying) Coffee wasn't the best in a hotel restaurant but great coffee spot is very close to hotel on corner of Midori-dori St and Kyu-Nikko-Kaido St called Berth Coffee
Building next to hotel was in renovation, but we were informed about it before booking, so if you had opened window for night instead of AC, it was a bit loud in the morning but it was barely hearable after closing window.

Great location, access to subway and JR stations are nearby, grocery, konbini, food and cafes nearby I have to commend the cleaning lady at the 4/F.... she is just wonderful and always pleasant whenever I would see her by the hallway...
Compared to the other APA hotels I have been to, the front desk staff here are just OK... they're not rude, but they're not nice either... sunetai as they say... the trainees are more friendly than sa regular employees tbh I was also missing access to a coin laundry, public bath, and vending machines within the hotel - amenities available in the APA hotel I stayed in Shinjuku last March 2024... it also had a swimming pool which opens during the summer...

Our first time here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant attached offers an excellent price and tasty real food. Japanese breakfast came with salmon, rice, egg and some salads. Coffee Tea juice or water. People told us the room would be small. It was but do able. I call it efficient. Had a fridge,a desk, a kettle and private bath. Suitcase fit under the bed.No closet, there were hooks in the wall. Hangers on a small hook. Reminded us of an RV space. Well thought out. Room was clean and comfortable. Yukata pj in drawer for your use. Bed was a full or double bed. We found bed quite comfortable. We were on 10th floor and found it quiet.Great location. Convenience stores, 711,Lawson and family Mart a grocery store, and several train stations and a metro station all nearby for getting around. Hop on hop off tour stops nearby also. Convenient transport by skyacess from Narita. Purchased our ticket at skyliner office. As noted on hotel website. We got on at terminal 1 no transfers. We arrived at "our" station and were turned around. No problem asked at APA hotel close to that station and they directed us to our hotel. We did each have 1 suitcase. No trouble on transit or walking to hotel. We have found not all stations have elevators or escalators be sure you are able to carry your bag if necessary. Microwave and pant press available. Property photos accurately depict hotel and services. Noticed a jazz bar a couple blocks away there were several restaurants nearby including a Denny's.
Laundry service available but no self serve laundry. No onsen.

It was a good stay. If you’re looking for budget this is the right place for you. Very easy to get to the train station . It was literally a 3minute walk. If you are a party person and want to experience the night life, maybe don’t stay here at this location as Ubers and taxis are expensive. It’s good for those looking to stay on a budget.
Location from certain things was pretty far. Had all the necessities but activities ect was far and had to change train lines a lot because we were in the main train line etc

The staff was very helpful and respectful my whole stay, the breakfast was made fresh daily and delicious, and they did a great job at keeping my room well stocked with amenities (full sizes of conditioner, shampoo, and body wash). The bed was also comfy 😊. The hotel was minutes from the train station.
There was a hard water smell coming from the bathroom when I arrived and periodically throughout my stay. The room was definitely on the smaller side, big enough for one person but definitely felt cramped at times.

The hotel is modern and clean, close to a couple of train stations. The room is small, but neat, with everything we need. You can put your luggage in front desk before checking in and after checking out on the same day. Both location and service are perfect.
I asked to add a bed because we have one more person to come. They were not able to accommodate. But this is not their fault. The response was not so prompt on line. I sent message through Bookings, usually wait for two days or more to get response.

The rooms were nice, a little more spacious than is the norm in Japan. The bath was pretty standard. Everything was really clean and it was nice that the windows could be opened. The location is really convenient within the triangle of Higashi-Nihombashi, Bakurocho, and Bakuroyokoyama Stations, meaning you can get just about anywhere within Tokyo from there, and both the express trains for Narita and Haneda Airport go past it. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores close by as well.
Nothing except that there is no coin laundry at the hotel.

Fantastic location right next to a station and also a 10 min or less walk to another station so access to all the spots around tokyo was great. The staff was super helpful. They stored luggage after we checked out for a few hours before our flight so we could explore for just a bit more without having to lug our bags around. Convenience stores and multiple restaurants are minutes away and if you like walking to explore the city, its about a 20 min walk from the hotel to Akihabara.
The pillows are a bit hard, i slept fine though but if you are a picky sleeper, consider bringing your own pillow. Another note is in the cooler months or basically when the forcast is less than 65 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit ish, the building switches to heat mode and you cant turn on the ac, no matter how many times you try. So if its on the line of almost hot but still cool and you like sleeping with a cold room like me, you wont have ac. After it heated up though throughout the week, we were able to set the ac to the lowest it would allow and slept just fine.

Close to 3 subway lines. Small rooms but with lots of amenities. They clean everyday and replenish the essentials. It's close to Bakurocho and Bakuroyokoyama stations, for heavy luggage use the elevator on exit A4 of Bakuroyokoyama station. The hotel staff were nice and they helped me ship my luggage to my next destination, and it was even cheaper to send it through them than directly with the shipping company.
The TV isn't smart tv, which means your can't stream from any platform such as Netflix, Disney, etc. The TV content is very limited too. It supposedly has a feature to cast your phone screen to the TV but it doesn't work. There isn't a microwave in the room either, only a shared one on the second floor. The bathroom was super small so you had to be careful no to bump into anything

It is close to the subway stations. Rooms and hotel are clean. Room cleaning is done every 3 days, depending on the length of your stay. Everyday, they give you to clean towels and essential kits like coffee, Q-tips, cottons etc.
Rooms are too small but you can put your luggage under the bed (2 big-size and 2 cabin-size luggage are fitted). It is good thing to get clean towel everyday but although I sometimes don't need new towels, they give you it anyway.
