The location is well placed in a quiet neighbourhood. You have convenience stores close by (7eleven and some local mini market which is actually cheaper than 711). Tokyo station can be reached by walking 30 minutes or via metro and JR trains which are both in walking distance. The nearest metro station is a 5 Minutes walk away (Japanese trains and metro system are super reliable so you can get anywhere in the city from here). The room i had was a single room with a queen sized bed. The room is not really big but that is normal in Japan and if you are organised you can really manage(just don't travel with 3 large bags). It comes with aircon, hair dryer, Wifi and all amenities needed. The staff is super friendly and they speak good english at the reception. The free breakfast is really great (i've seen some comments about it but i think those are from people who travel to another country and go eat at mcDonalds :)) ) it's usually rice, fish, chicken vegetables, miso soup and some other soup which changes daily, really good coffee as well. I would definitely stay here again as its really convenient and good value for money, it really provides all i needed for a traveler who wanted to explore the city.

Breakfast is perfect. The receptionists are very kind and will do everything to make you feel comfortable! Especially Nguyen, she is very kind and helpful- does a great job and speaks English.

Room service is very loud and there are announcements made in the hallway in the morning, so to sleep longer than 9AM is nearly impossible. If you are getting up early this is your place!

Clean and convenient. Well staffed, with a regular cleaning service and daily breakfast served in the lobby downstairs. The hotel has it's own internal coin operated laundry available 24 hours a day which is great if you've booked an extended stay like I did.

The rooms are small, but that is to be expected in Tokyo. There was a faint smell of drains in the bathroom sometimes. I stayed for two weeks and they told me I would have to switch room part of the way through my stay which was a slight hassle as I had to check out at 10 in the morning, store my bags downstairs, walk around homeless for a few hours, and then check back in to my new room in the afternoon.

I didn't dislike the breakfast, but the lack of variation was something I noticed. Some small variation happen, like instead of small sausages you get a meat pack(or watever it is) , some variations happen, but for stays 2 weeks or more, breakfast becomes repetitive. Delicouse though Tvs in the room cannot use hdmi, bummer but not a deal braker

Large room with a full and deep bathtub and bathroom. There was a great discount that was available on booking.com so the value I received for my money was exceptional. The staff is very responsive and competent in dealing with foreigners.

Only gripe I have is with the location of this particular hotel. It is between two rather minor subway stations, meaning you will be likely to transfer at least once before you get to where you want to go. Additionally, because it is between both stations and not particularly near them, you will be walking 7-8 minutes to the hotel every time. Not at all an issue if you don't carry too much luggage.

I loved staying at this hotel. The location is really good and central, there are metro stations closeby, there are restaurants and konbinis around. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! Value for the money is also great as there was free breakfast, free consumables such as razors and tooth brushes and others; Clean towels every day, sleeping gowns available at the lobby; There was a washing machine and dryer at the lobby as well. It really exceeded my expectations, I had everything I needed there and had a great stay!

The property was clean ,definitely value for money,location was great,staff were very helpful.

The 4pm check in,most people arrived earlier than that and had to leave their luggage and come back at 4pm,we have stayed in a lot of hotels but have never heard of a 4pm check in,I understand it is a budget hotel but I can’t understand what that has to do with checking in.My husband and I were fortunate as we paid for an early check in.I am sure every room would not be available but surely there would be quite a few,given that it is in a great location and reasonably priced it is near capacity most of the time.

Nice and clean, you might consider the room small but the bed is high enough so you can store your suitcase (open) underneath. Good amenities including an air humifier (a life savior!) and nearby stores are very convenient ! The subway is around 10 min walk but depends on which line you take. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby as well so I'd say it's a good location ! Overall a very neat hotel for the price that includes a free breakfast buffet ! The staff was very nice and helpful when I asked to send off my luggage with the takyubin service too :)

The only downside was the very hard bed, I sleep on my sides so this got me some bruises 😂 Apart from that the unusual cleaning schedule was a bit surprising. They cleaned my room entirely everyday, even called to ask me when they could come to clean ! Then stopped the last 2 days and only provided clean towels and new trash bag. I don't mind it was just surprising !

The Inn was located near a few different train stations, all within walking distance. There was also a convenience store right across the street, and a few others nearby. They provided breakfast in a timely manner and staff were quite helpful with providing assistance. Though I haven't personally boarded one, they also provide a shuttle to and from Tokyo station.

This is one of the last stops for the shuttle to Tokyo Station. There's a possibility that the shuttle will be full by the time it reaches the Inn.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Convenient location close to metro station and train station. Breakfast was great. A convenient store right across the street. Wifi was good.

There was supposed to be a shuttle bus picking up hotel customers from three Toyoko inns in this area and drop them off at Tokyo station every day. However, we waited in the hotel lobby for 45 minutes on our check out day before being told that the shuttle is not coming because it was already full after picking up customers from the first two hotels and will not come to our Toyoko inn to pick us more customers. We could have made other arrangements earlier should we know this would happen. was a bit disappointed TBH.
