I love the daily housekeeping even though it was not necessary. I didn't know that you could put up signs requesting or denying services but I really appreciated it. The room was very roomy for a Japanese hotel, we had a lot of luggage so I am thankful we got a good room space to unpack (we ended up buying 2 large suite case on top of our 2 carry-on and 2 personal bookbag). Definitely good price and decent location away from the night life while still being near.

No stairs and only 1 elevator to work with. The wait time was very long since there was many floors; during busy hours if the elevator was full then you'll have to wait another 5-10 min to hopefully catch the next one if it's not already full again with other customers and luggage.

The property was very clean and well kept. The front desk clerks were wonderful people, ready and willing to help with anything I needed. The on-site coffee/breakfast shop was great. So much good food. The beds were very soft and plush which was very welcoming.

There is no sofa or comfy chair to sit in the room. When you have done a day of walking around Tokyo, and you need to rest your sore feet, the only place you can sit and be comfortable is on the bed.

This property was in the most perfect location. Right in the middle of Shibuya with shibuya crossing only a 2 minute walk (or even less). With the hotel being in such a busy location it was very quiet! I was shocked. The hotel was extremely clean, the staff cleaned the lobby bathroom after every use. The staff was extremely attentive and kind. This is by far the best customer service I have ever received. The rooms were cleaned every day as well. They had all the toiletries you could need and more. The staff was very very kind and helpful. they gave me a free umbrella when it rained and held my luggage the day I was leaving. they helped me order food and gave suggestions as well. The rooms with a single bed are very small so I would be cautious about that. They are enough for single adults.

The location was fantastic, easy to find and close by all of the sights and shopping and foods. The rooms were a little small for my parents but it worked for me. I also left something in the room and they actually messaged me to pick it up but sadly I was already at the airport. They also offered to mail it to me if I were in Japan but sadly I was not, I would have paid for it if I were.

Room size, but that's my fault for not reviewing very carefully.

The location is very good, it is close to Shibuya station, but at the same time it is in a quiet area. The breakfast is not buffet but it was delicious.

There is only one elevator, and in the morning sometimes you have to wait to use it and it is worse when there are many check outs, unfortunately it is the only way down, at least as far as I could see the use of the emergency stairs was not allowed.

Located only 10mins walk up the road from Shibuya Crossing/station. Hotel was clean and tidy. Though I had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, daily amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, fresh towels etc were bagged and left at the front door for me which I appreciated.

Very tiny room (which is apparently common in Tokyo). Had one luggage laid out in my corridor that I had to jump over to get to the toilet. Bed/mattress was slightly lumpy but still could get a decent sleep.

The property was well located, near places we needed to go and transport stations. They were kind and eager to help inspite of the language barrier. They were thoughtful to provide for moisturizer and we were well stocked with bathroom amenities.

The rooms were small, really tight. The bathroom had a light funky smell, though they did provide us with a deodorizer.

Lovely location in Shibuya next to Lawson that you can pick up items delivered from Amazon Japan. Also, several Family Mart and 7-11 nearby. Additionally, near a Krispy Kreme, Excelsior Coffee (super fast free Wi-Fi), KFC, Don Quixote (largest), small BIC Camera, Wendy's, McDonald's, several ramen places. Essentially, it's a night owl paradise. Roughly 10 minutes from JR Rail, Metro lines

Has only 1 elevator for 10+ floors. One washer/dryer on Floor 2 for 10+ floors of visitors

The location was great. It was close to shibuya but not in the crazy loud streets. It was the perfect balance of walking to shibuya crossing and far enough from the crazy. The staff were sooo nice. I like that there was a washing machine and dryer. The price is fair.

I knew what I was getting when I booked the room. The room is tiny. But we made it work.

My hotel room was just the right size for me, being a solo traveller. I even had a bath tub! I loved the simplicity. The room was clean, and house keeping did a great job. The receptionists were competent in English and very helpful.

There wasn't much to choose from in terms of breakfast at the café, but you always find food in Shibuya, and breakfast wasn't included in my stay anyway.
