The view is amazing, better than I expected. Not only do you get the view of the scramble crossing but you can also see the Sky Tree and Tokyo tower. Both look amazing during the day and at night. Room is very clean and comfortable bed. Rainfall shower with shower-head and a nice deep bathtub for those who like to relax after long day of shopping around Shibuya. Be sure to get the breakfast as its amazing on the 11th floor restaurant.

Price is bit steep for the room but to be expected for corner room with this kind of view as well as since this is a fairly new hotel expect to pay higher price than other hotels. Front entrance can be a maze to get to but if you have google maps you will find it.

A gorgeous new hotel in an amazing location. We were kindly upgraded to a higher floor (27th out of 28 floors) and the view over Tokyo was incredible. The room was really nicely furnished with everything you could need. The lobby and cleaning staff were all very friendly. The coffee shops and restaurants at the base of the hotel were handy for quick breakfasts.

Room cleaning times were a bit confusing. We checked in at around 4pm, had a quick shower/clean up, then went to dinner and when we got back there were cleaning staff in the room which baffled us as we had hardly used the room yet. Then one day we left the room at 10am, spent the whole day out exploring and when we returned at 6pm the room hadn't been cleaned but the cleaning crew turned up 20 mins later to clean? Not sure what the cleaning schedule is but for a pricey hotel it would have been nice to have a clean room every day before the evening.

The location of this new hotel is great. You're surrounded by restaurants and shops. Shibuya crossing is a few minutes away and also the metro. The hotel staff were great throughout our stay. The rooms are nicely laid out and the rain shower was great. The elevators are very fast too so you never have to wait long for them.

My only con with the hotel is the size of the fitness center. It's small and the weights are very light. However, I was able to use the bands to offset the light weights.

Everything about this hotel was exceptionally good. The location is like a small oasis in crowded Shibuya. You only need to walk a few minutes to be at the center of the action. The staff is very courteous and the rooms a very modern. One thing definitely has to be highlighted: The kitchen is absolutely amazing and we want to give a special thanks to the chef Davide who is a amazing person and a phenomenal master of his craft. He understands to make amazing Japanese food but also shows his Italian roots.

It is really difficult to find something that was not good. But if I have to give one feedback I would suggest to work on the wine selection. There are many wines that could be offered for a reasonable price and would fit better to the amazing food.

The location is super convenient; you can buy everything you need downstairs. Although it is in the center of a busy street, it avoids all the noise. The room size is perfect, and we like the entrance design; there is a small notch on the left side of the door inside to put shoes, and the clothes racks and stools are also very thoughtful. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable.

The main entrance is in a small alley. Our taxi drops us in front of a plaza-like building; it’s their side door, but we need to walk in to see the sign to get to the elevator to the reception. So, it was a bit confusing at first.

We stayed in the most exceptional room at the Hotel Indigo Shibuya. Beyond the incredible corner view of the Shibuya Scramble crossing, it was beautifully designed with all the necessities and then some tucked away in hidden drawers and pockets within the suite. The view spanned three floor to ceiling windows, offering us a view though to Tokyo midtown over Yoyogi Park and the Southeastern Ku of Tokyo. The bathroom suite was stunning, with a full-size bathtub, rain shower and hand shower - perfect for a relaxing spa bath experience after a long day of exploring the city and beyond. As the end cap to our ten day trip to Japan, this was the most special experience and we are immensely grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here.

There were zero negative elements about this room. Everything was perfect.

The location was the best! Opposite Mega Donki, minutes from Shibuya station and Shibuya Scramble,10minute walk to Shibuya Sky. It was a funky looking hotel, unique vibe. Staff were easy to communicate with, helpful in answering questions and recommendations but also friendly. We were on our honeymoon. They gave us a free upgrade to a higher floor and there was a card signed by all the hotel staff. Such a lovely stay!

For a 5 star hotel, it would have been nice if there was a pool too. The access to the hotel was abit confusing the first few times. Reception for checking in was level 12.

We stayed for 4 nights in the Indigo Shibuya Hotel. Its been amazing. It is not cheap but so worth it. Especially after a hectic day in Tokyo – coming back in such a calm and relaxing space. Plus points: amazing breakfast, spacious rooms, super beds and bed linen, great views from your bedroom – no need for a skybar. Just enjoy a glass of wine next to your bed in the evening. Super friendly and helpful staff. Plus its super central: easy to find from the airport and if you are out and about in Tokyo all day, easy to get home. Great department stores all around and great food. If we ever come back to Tokyo we would stay there! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so unforgettable.

I loved my hotel room. I only asked for a Queen Bed because they offer Queens and 2 Twins. When I got there I not only got my queen room but it was on the 27th floor of 28. My view was exquisite and I was on the side of the hotel with the better view of Shibuya. H&M Below my window and I was seconds from all the shopping. My room was compact. It had everything I needed. The temperature was perfect. The toilet self flushed. It was new and top notch!

I wish I could have been there longer. That's it!
