We stayed in this property for two days. The room assigned to us was clean and very spacious. It has everthing that we need, bonus that there’s a washer and a balcony to hang and dry clothes. Wi-fi works well. Walking distance to shibuya crossing, coffee shops, convenience stores, restaurants and train station which is great.

There’s a lot of rules, but don’t be dettered by them. It’s for the good of both the owner and guests.

It was small, but fine for the 3 of us. It had everything we needed and was very clean. It was a bit far from the train station, but at least it wasn’t in an area that was full of people all the time. There was a very good coffee shop right in the front of the building. There was also a 7-11 right across the street which was great for getting snacks and drinks.

There were pretty strict rules that were a bit difficult to adhere to. We would be fined if we ate on the futon. I think that meant the bed. Since the room was so small, we had to put our luggage on the chairs, so there weren’t many places where we could eat our snacks, other than the floor. But I do understand that the rules are strict in order to keep the place clean and tidy. We also couldn’t roll our rolling luggage into the room. We had to carry them in.

The location is good, on a small and silent street, 15 min walk from Shibuya station. The place is surrounded by pubs, cafes, and other eating options. It is easily accessible from Tokyo metro, and you can always walk to a bussing Shibuya area. The room we had was, in fact, two rather spacious rooms - perfect for two people.

The beds were just ok. There is some noise till 11-12 in the night from the local pubs, but it's not major. Some of the facilities didn't work as intended

Location was excellent! It was spotless and also easy to check in and check out. Any questions were answered promptly.

Coul have done with maybe one chair and one small couch instead of four chairs - took up too much space. Couldn't work out the rubbish bins. One of the beds covered part of the cupboard in the lounge/sleeping area.

Being close to Shibuya, but a tiny bit away from the noise was both comfortable and convenient. Easy to access and use at any hour when jetlag had our group up at early hours.

If you are used to concierge and being able to ask someone questions that is not on-site. But they are responsive to emails and provide a useful into file for utilizing everything in the room.

Remove Distinct smell in bathroom, and a toaster in kitchen would have been nice

A perfect holiday apartment for exploring Shibuya. Location is PERFECT a stone’s throw from the action in Shibuya but still very quiet. It is a large apartment for Tokyo standards and very comfortable for a family of 4. The apartment was clean and bedding clean.

While acceptably clean - There was a bit of dust and more attention to detail from the cleaner would be an improvement.

It felt like home. I especially love the spacious shower which is quite rare in Tokyo.

The pocket wifi cable was not working. I had to use my own charger for to make it work.

The location was amazing! I loved how close it was to everything. Taking my family and friends out around Shibuya was so easy from this place.

We wish there was more flexibility in being able to book another night. Unfortunately, we were told after that there wasn't availability.

Check in process was overly complicated, but when calling to check in, the team helped me through the process.

A reminder email about check in process would’ve helped since we were traveling. The cost felt high.
