Beautiful and elegant, nice location

Concierge not good

The views are superb, location is great, the ability to catch airport bus from the hotel makes it incredibly convenient (along with proximity to subway). Staff are excellent, very helpful. Great housekeeping.

The fact that access to swimming pool not included in room rate. Rooms are a little tired for the amount paid.

Being right next to Shibuya station made this hotel easily accessible, so that was a plus. The staff were fantastically friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the view was wonderful. The bathroom in particular was heavenly after long days of sightseeing; the shower and tub just made everything comfy.

It was unbearably hot in our room the entire time we were there. The AC says you can set the temperature as low as 59 degrees Fahrenheit (15 degrees Celsius) but I can guarantee it never got cooler than 75. That alone made for miserable sleeping conditions that couldn't even be overcome with the small travel fan we brought. Also, be aware that there is construction occurring outside Shibuya station (as of May 2023) that can make access difficult with luggage or wheelchairs - especially as the hotel is at the top of a hill.

You can’t beat the location near Shibuya station, the amenities, the views, or the staff

The basic double rooms are old and one had really humid, stale air. All more premium rooms were consistently much nicer

I'm a frequent traveler to Tokyo, both for business and leisure. Having tried various accommodation ranging from Airbnb to a broad choice of hotels, I now always come back to the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel, which is ideally situated as well as extremely comfortable and benefiting from a high standard of service. Icing on the cake is that the shuttle bus from Narita Airport literally lands you into the lobby and you just have to travel the same bus the other way from to go catch your return plane home. Tip from a regular guest: the best rooms are those situated at higher floors, overlooking the back of the building (avoid the corners and side rooms, which will have you looking at the tall towers right next to the building, and the expressway passing by the front).

The breakfast buffet could be a little more abundant and the viennoiseries a bit more fresh (being a French native, I'm kinda picky with this!)

Everything, the staff was amazing, the room was amazing, the location wash amazing, when we come back we will be sure to book here again

Enjoyed the stay and it was perfect place to chill before and after excursions. Close to JR station so easy to get around Tokyo. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, views great, comfortable beds and great toiletries. Our room was up to date in decor etc. room service good. Wish I’d had time for a massage - prices were very fair at approx 60us an hour.

The food service at breakfast. The day we tried it : Chaos. Worse, our order arrived cold and vulcanized. Coffee is impossible to secure quickly. We complained and were told it was because they were so busy….having been at much busier places this was lame and embarrassing. We should have had the entire breakfast removed from the tab (inedible eggs and glacial service) but they were short sightedly pinching pennies? and only removed one meal from the tab. Whole thing took too long but was the one blight on the stay. Recommendation - Go out for breakfast.

Lovely spacious rooms. Great views. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We appreciated the comfort and space. Easy walking distance from Shibuya scramble, shopping, restaurants and transport links. Airport limousine buses stop here making airport transfers super easy.

It was my second stay here. Not as memorable as the first which is a pity as had a lovely experience last time that brought me back. Found the staff a bit snooty and less friendly and helpful than my previous stay. Children (even well behaved ones!) obviously not usual clientele and didn't feel particularly welcome in that regard.

We stayed in a superior king room for the extra space and it was so worth it as a family. That bath tub + shower combo was amazing. They upgraded us to the executive lounge floor, which was amazing. Our baby couldn't go into the lounge (understandably), but we could still go in one at a time and grab snacks or drinks to bring to our room. The views from our room and the lounge were incredible. They also have a 7-11 on the 2nd floor, and are a stop on the limo bus line. That was perfect for us after a 14 hr flight. It's so close to shibuya station, but it's very quiet. We never heard another guest in the rooms near us.

Nothing - the stay was fantastic.

Super close to the ‘back entrance’ of Shibuya station via elevated walkways makes getting to any place in the city a breeze. Rooms are huge - above average for anywhere but especially large for Tokyo. The gym/fitness center is why I stay here. Pull down machine, chest press machine, along with free weights, cable machine, and Smith machine. I can get a solid push or pull day in no problem. Gym/fitness center opens at 7 am - wish it was earlier but can’t complain.

A little pricey but you pay for the location and the fitness center/gym. If you exercise and want to get around d the city quickly, it’s worth the money.
