The kindness of the staff especially Chihiro-chan..She was friendly and always give a smile whenever i see her..She will always give assistance if you need help..the location was in a quiet area of asakusa which was nice..Kobini stores was just a walk away..rooftop had a awesome view of Skytree which i took a video during countdown when it change colour welcoming the new year. I will come to stay here again!!🥰🥰

Although there was no restaurant,you can find food spot nearby. Room was a bit small but i don't mind..😊😊

Well equipped room with great projector function. Coffee machine and tea available at all times was a real bonus.

Room was really comfortable, great view looking out over the Skytree, futons were very comfortable and the addition of the projector in the room made it extra enjoyable with access to TV and Netflix. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, they were quick to answer any of our queries. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Tokyo.

Bed was a little hard for my taste and the blind could have blocked out more light, but the positives by far and away outweighed the neagatives

Terrific place where me and my partner stayed for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and accomodating and the room was clean and orderly. Additionally, the view from the rooftop was great and the amenities on the ground floor(microwave, coffee/tea, kettle etc.) helped us out when we arrived, since we were too tired to go eat out. Overall a great experience!

The room was rather small, so we had to squeeze in our larger bags and we couldnt figure out how the projector works. But those were minor details that did not really bother us.

I took the private room with shared bathroom. The room was bigger than I thought and I had a projector, so I could watch videos and stream music from it, it had many entertainment options there too so it was a plus. It also has a sink and a big mirror, AC and toiletries. the roof has a beautiful view of Tokyo skytree, and it looks amazing at night. and the staff was very friendly, especially Chihiro, who is very friendly and I enjoyed talking to her and asking her many questions about Tokyo, which she gladly replied. I also love the location. There's a big chance I'll choose this hotel again next time I come to Tokyo!!

the location is a bit further out from the metro station, however a lot quieter with less traffic at night. we stayed for a night and was well rested! would recommend for its value! simple check in steps and the staff was very nice! thank you!

if you are picky about towels, may consider to bring your own. A bit further our if you dont mind the walking.

Almost everything. The room was just about perfect. The view of Tokyo Skytree and the Sumida River was so nice. It’s was a 4 star hotel when it came to the quality of the rooms. Projector TV was several options. Just enter your login info.

The projector was aimed a little too high when you’re trying to watch in bed. There’s a power switch for the projector that’s not labeled. I kept turning it off by accident.

The service was exceptional. The staff helped with all of our needs and were super friendly.

Nothing to say as usual. This is not the first time I booked this hotel which is for me the best value for money in Tokyo, with an incredible view from the roof and a perfect location :)
